How Can You Lose 30 Pounds In 34 Days

Lose 20 pounds in 18 days. ?

It is easily possible to lose this amount of weight in 18 days. Sure, it wont be very easy and may be physically hard as you may be hungry at times, but it is very do-able! Being able to lose weight is actually very simple! You need to burn more calories than you eat! One way to go about this is exercise, although most people do not like that option haha! I recently helped my friend set up an almost all protein diet, with a few low-calorie fruits and vegetables such as grapefruit or asparagus, and she lost 34 pounds in a little less than 4 weeks, she dropped from 220 to 186. Again, exercise (a perfect exercise would be jogging or running as it burns fat) is key to weight loss, otherwise you would just be adding more on, not taking off the extra weight and putting on muscle:) My father went through the same diet and lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks, and he cant even believe how fast and great it worked! So again, roughly 3 miles a day of running or jogging (it only takes like 30 to 40 minutes), and a ONLY high protein diet (that means absolutely NO empty carbs such as bread, ice cream, ect ect.) and it is very possible and healthy for you to lose that much that quickly! I wish the best of luck to you:)

How long would it take for me to lose 30 pounds?

Alright so you have 30 pounds to lose… how do you do it?Most answer are simple: Eat health, exercise, drink water and get a good amount of sleep. Easy right…?Wrong. If it were that easy then you would have done it already.Chances are you are skimming for someone to say there is a new “magic” pill that will zap away all of your fat…. Sorry, unless you want to take amphetamines (which just make you nuts) you are going to be searching forever. So what do you do?First you need to get your head straightened out.Everyone says, “find your what.” This means what are you doing this for? What is the purpose of you losing 30 pounds?Do you want to fit into your jeans?DO you want to feel comfortable in a swimsuit? All of those things are well and good, but I am not a fan of “what,” but “who.” WHO exactly are you going through this journey for?Do you want to lose weight so that you can run around the yard with your kids? You see there, the “who” are you kids.I find that, although fitting into your jeans might be awesome, you can always go get a bigger size… BUT really you can’t get rid of your kids.If you associate and attach a “who” to your goals, then you are much more likely to be accountable to them. Now that you have your “who” in mind, it is time to talk about the brass tacks of how to get the weight off. This is where the diet- exercise and sleep comes in.To effectively lose the weight and KEEP IT OFF, you need a balanced plan that becomes a lifestyle and not a “diet prison.”First thing you can do is stop eating processed foods and drinking soda/juice and booze. Sound way too simple?Well here is a challenge for you.Stop those 2 things and let me know what your weight is like after just a week. I can without a shadow of a doubt guarantee, that if you have 30 pounds to lose, you WILL see a difference JUST by doing these few things.Want to really ramp things up… take a 30 minute walk every single day do this workout twice a week:Repeat 3X:10 squats10 pushups10 jumping jacks or full body extensions15-second plankWant even more? Here is a free 21-day plan that you can follow or utilize however you want.I talk a lot about mindset, goals, weight loss and a host of other health related topics on my website. If you want results fast, this is where you can find me…Meredith ShirkSvelte TrainingLight and lean 21-day meal plan

Lose 10 pounds in One Day?

I need to lose 10 pounds in one day. I know it sounds crazt, but thats because it is. Can i lose 10 pounds if i do this- not eating for the next 34 hours complete the 30 day shred in one day, and do the icy hot and saran wrap tonight? Do you think i can lose the 10 pounds? THIS IS A YES OR NO QUESTION ONLY.

How can i lose a pound a day?

After I saw the words "Lean Cuisine", I started to worry....all frozen packaged meals are loaded with sodium as preservatives, so I would just do this:
Exercise as often as possible and eat raw fruits and vegetables with some baked fish each dinner. Drink water and take a vitamin B complex supplement for nutrients.

Then, Try this:
Eat brown rice, veggies and baked fish for dinner.
Oatmeal for breakfast with fruit in it.
Drink fruit smoothies during the day for a snack. Try to eat protein at every meal...for breakfast with the oatmeal, eat a scrambled egg white or a hard boiled egg.
Eat a salad or chicken/turkey sandwich on whole wheat for lunch. Use olive oil and vinegar dressing...no saucy dressings.
Drink water only.
Never eat white or processed foods.
Try baked sweet potatoes...mmm... Eat spinach salads, not plain lettuce and add all the veggies you want to it. Try red wine vinegar...a few splashes and a little drizzle of olive oil.
If you want a crunchy snack, cut up a cucumber and put in lite Italian dressing or better yet, half cold water and half white vinegar. I mix mine with some cherry tomatoes too...

A good smoothie needs a good blender, so make sure you have one, cut up 1 banana, some blueberries (about 10-15) and strawberries (about 5), a cup or so of skim milk, a sprinkle of flax seed (buy a container of it and keep in fridge), a scoop of vanilla protein powder and blend it up, add a bit of crushed ice and you've got a good smoothie. You can add any kind of fruit...I cut up peaches sometimes too or frozen cherries.

Try reverse crunches, where you lift your legs up and out. Go to SELF.com for good tips...I love their workouts. Walk or run a lot and
use a stability ball for crunches.

How to lose 10 pounds in a month?

Iam a 29 year man and iam 5'7 ya iam short but iam 170 pounds. And i have a 34 inch waist. I dont like lifting weights but i do like walking alot but i want to find a way to lose 10 pounds. What should i eat? Iam turning 30 this aug and i dont want to be BIG. HELP

I have 2 months to lose 30-50 pounds, how should I do it?

Disclaimer : I'm not doctor, not healthcare practitioner or dietitian. You should consult a doctor prior to starting something like this.here is my personal experience as a dieter who accomplished something close enough :I disagree with the it's impossible comments from other folks and I think it's partially doable :To lose 30lbs in 60 days means you should lose half a pound a day. Using 3500 cal = 1lbs of fat, this means you need to have a caloric deficit of about 1750 calories / day which is huge deficit given that an average male require about 2000 calories per day.this leaves you with 250 calories to consume per day. If you eat 250 calories per day over 2 months you will likely to suffer and weight loss will stall as you enter starvation mode.. so this isn't good.. what can you do?1- weightlifting to increase your metabolic rate and change your body composition :Specially if you are a beginner weightlifting will do miracles for weight loss for couple of reasons.A weightlifting session will burn an average of 500 calories. So instead of burning your 2000, you are now burning 2500/ day for at least 3 days a week where you workout with weights.Weightlifting will help you gain muscle mass which burns more calories and will change your shape and body composition. A 200lbs person with 50lbs of fat will burn less calories than 200lbs with 50lbs of muscle.2- hormonal response and paleo to increase your burn rate:Not all calories are created equal. Low fat diets suck and are bad for weight loss. I recommend you look at a couple of good solutions :Bulletproof Rapid Fat loss protocol: drastic and promises a pound a day .. don't combine this with my exercise recommendation above. Bulletproof's Rapid Fat Loss Protocol: Lose Fat FastCarbNite solution : Carb Nite combine this with my workout recommendation. With the above you should be able to lose about 20–25lbs .. and more importantly be healthier and look like a million bucks :)Don’t get hung up on the 30lbs or 50lbs just take action and get started and I promise that you won't be disappointed.. I haven't heard of anyone who was disappointed because he lost 20lbs instead of 30lbs. You will feel better and look better regardless. Just start

Can I lose 30 pounds in one month?

Congratulations on your resolve to lose weight. I know personally, what it is like to lose weight. It is a time consuming experience which requires persistence and diligence. I alone lost 50 pounds from last October till now so I think I could help you answer your question.

I did a ton of research on how to most effectively lose weight when I was on my big weight loss kick, and basically, what you are doing is NOT the most effective way to lose weight... seriously. There is also NO possible way to spot reduce, or to lose fat in a specific area of your body. All you can do is eat healthier and exercise. These are my five tips to a better looking, healthier you:

1. Drink half your weight in ounces of water, per day.
2. Get your daily source of calcium.
3. Eat whole/fresh foods, staying around 2,000 calories a day. Generally, however, when you eat whole/fresh foods you don't need to worry about calorie counting.
4. Exercise 30-40 min. of intense cardio 4-5 days a week (Reading is a life saver when you are on a machine).
5. Weightlifting and strength training 30min - 1 hour 4-5 days a week (Create multiple music playlists to listen to).

Because you are limiting your caloric intake so severely (only 500 a day!?), you are more than likely putting your body in starvation mode, which will cause it to store everything you consume as fat. Sure, you will lose weight, but it won't be fat, it will be bone, muscle, and fat.

However, because you want to lose it in one month, I have one final suggestion: That is the Atkins diet. With the Atkins diet you are not limiting how much you eat, but what you eat. You cannot eat any carbs, but can eat as much protein and fat as you want. What this does is put your body in a state of "Ketosis," when your body is basically burning just your body fat and nothing else to keep you energized. On this diet you could lose up to 10 pounds a week. However, when you are done losing the weight, make sure you SLOWLY introduce carbs back into your diet, and start an exercise routine as well or you will gain it all back in no time.

I didn't go on the atkins diet because it was a little to difficult for me to follow, but it works none the less. Happy weight loss!!

How long should it take to safely lose 30 pounds? What are some tips for doing so?

Best to provide you with some basics on weight loss first:As I’m sure you already know, if you consume less calories (from your food and drink) than your body needs, your body will burn up fat to try and make up the difference - it requires energy for daily maintenance. Slowly, you’ll lose weight. One pound of body fat is equal to approx 3,500 calories, ok.The recomended safe rate of weight loss is to aim to lose 1 to 2 pounds per week. After doing some quick maths, this means you need to eat at least 500 calories less per day than you do now. What’s the catch? If your dietary nutrition is out of the window, i.e. awful - then either you need to burn off way more than 500 calories per day to kick start your weight loss, or you need to make some serious changes to what you eat!If you head over to any online Calorie Calculator, or use an app, these can usually tell you a couple of important things (based on your current activity levels):Your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate)Your BMR is the number of calories required by your body to keep functioning at rest. The number of calories you’ll need to burn in order to safely lose 1 or 2 pounds per week.Remember though, these are just estimates which give you a defined goal to work towards. How long will it take?Well, let’s say you work on losing no more than 2 pound per week, it will take you approx 15 weeks (3–4 months) to lose 30 pounds of weight. This is assuming you have a healthy diet and some exercise in place! What are some good tips for losing 30 pounds of weight?Review your dietary nutrition!Add some regular exercise to your weekly regimeIf your current diet (i.e. what you eat & drink) is pants, then first and foremost, take a good look at what you are eating!Swap out 1 unhealthy choice per week with a healthy choice - Repeat!Increase your intake of Fruit & VegHydrate well by drinking plenty of waterIncrease the amount of protein & healthy fats you eat (Helps keep you feeling fuller)Reduce/cut-out all white carbs - such as sweets, cakes etcReduce beige carbs - such as white bread, pasta, rice, potatoes etcEat more smaller meals at regular intervals throught the dayAdd some exercise into your weekly regime!Try to get at least 30 minutes of exercise per dayTake the stairs, walk/cycle to workExercise before, during or after work - as long as you do somethingGo for a speed walk at lunchtimeJoin a sports club - play tennis, go swimmingBuy yourself a fitness watch to keep tabs!Hope this helps :-)

How do i lose 1.67 lbs. a day???!!??

thats is an ideal weekly loss, not daily. No one can lose fat that quick but if you were to actually see those numbers daily it would undoubtably be muscle loss and then you'd be left with flabby fat. Yuk! I guess if you starved yourself you might lose that, but again, your body eats away at muscle first, then goes for the fat. Try being healthy instead and lose weight at a normal rate...then you also won't be ruining your metabolism and compromising your health and life as well.

this is to calculate your BMR which will tell you how many calores you need per day to maintain your current weight. Subtract 500 from that number and with exercise at least 5 times per week 30 minutes or more and you'll lose 1-2 lbs a week. As you lose weight you should recalculate your BMR as it will go down as you lose weight.
