How Come I Have To Use The Bathroom After Not Eating My Own Cooking

How do I stop my dog from eating my roommate's dog's food?

Hey!
I live in an apartment with a dog, and my roommates have a dog. We each have our own bathroom, and their dog's food is set up in theirs and my dog's food is set up in mine. I only feed him twice a day (scheduled) and my roommates leave dog food out all the time. Lately, my dog has been going in and eating their dog food non-stop. I don't know what to do, cause my roommates won't put their dog on a timed schedule. They also have lower quality dog food, and I don't want my dog eating it, and I don't want them to make me pay for their food because he keeps going in there. I can't close the bathroom door, cause their dog needs to go in there. What do I do?

Thank you if you can help.

Why is my boxer puppy eating her own poop?

My boxer puppy is 16 weeks old and she is healthy, wormed and eats a varied diet of scrambleb eggs for brekkie and James Wellbeloved kibble twice a day. She will do poops in the house when we are out and eat them, all that is left is a poop stain on the wooded floors. it is gross. How can I stop this and why is she doing it? She does not have any nutritional deficiencies and is well fed.

Is it difficult to not get ill when shaking hands with or eating food prepared by someone who refuses to wash their hands after using the toilet?

I have a robust immune system, wash my own hands frequently, and don’t get sick from other people’s cooking, within reason.I also don’t eat at restaurants with B grade sanitation ratings. Most people are reasonably immune to germs from their own family, so if this is a fight between you and your mother, consider taking over the cooking. You will probably make more progress cooking according to your standards, than insisting she change to meet your standards.

Why does the act of eating trigger a desire to go to the bathroom shortly after the meal?

My experience has been that this means your body is doing its job efficiently and effectively, and that you are getting enough water and fiber.I've actually tested this using beets as a marker (yes, I'm curious and ...odd). My body generally takes between 6-8 hours to clear a meal.  I usually need to go within 10 min after eating. If I've been eating highly processed faux food, the transit time goes up fairly dramatically to 12 hours or more. That's uncomfortable, so I don't do it often. My suspicion is that the body is getting rid of one of the two meals in transit in order to make room for the incoming one.

Is it bad to eat and poop at the same time?

I don't know why it would be an issue. When you poop, the poop particles go into the bathroom air and, consequently, into the rest of the house. It is not dangerous to keep the window closed while pooping not to have a kitchen where people eat close to the washroom. It is suggested to cover and put away your toothbrush cause of the flying particles but I doubt anyone has died from brushing their teeth with few poop particles.Next, about the internal system. I don’t know much about it but I do know that eating requires teeth, and an asophogas that is connected to the stomach. There are little traps that keep the food from the stomach to not rise back into the mouth and to go down into the intestines I think. So with this, the path is separated in two. When you poop, the food goes from the last parts of the intestines, through some sort of canal and out. When you eat something and poop at the same time, it's not like the food is going straight from your mouth to your but and there is no time for the food to digest. Just because you poop, it doesn't mean that your body has no food inside. Similar to drinking and peeing, it's not like it's a clear passage to the urethra and the cold or hot water might burn or freeze a part of something that's not supposed to be cold or hot. No. And your body is meant to do more than one thing at once. You breathe, your heart pumps, your stomach is contracting, even your diaphragm is constantly moving. I am sure it’s fine.If you pooped and are from the same canal, I would say okay, that's bad but I'm hoping that no or eats with their butt hole or poops with their asophogas. I guess I should say to not eat and throw up at the same time.

Constipated. Haven't gone to the bathroom without laxatives in months?

Iv been constipated for almost 4 months. I literally can't or don't feel the need to go to the bathroom. It all started when I began dieting and working out. I eat all the right foods though, tons of fruits and veggies. I feel like eating crap food was why I used to go to the bathroom regularly. I can't go to the bathroom without using laxatives or an enema (I know it's not good and I hate doing it but I do t know what else to do ) I do have a doctor apt and I don't no what they can really do for me. Help? I literally eat Sooo many prunes also and nothing at all. I'm scared. Ps I'm a 21 year old female.

Question about kitten with URI and not using litter box?

We just adopted our kitten from the SPCA on Saturday. She is 3-4 months old, was spayed Friday, and has a URI (sneezing, stuffy nose, wheezing). The vet gave me Clavamox (sp?) but said the URI will have to clear on its own. The thing is, when we first brought her home and put her in her safe room with her food, litterbox, and carrier (to sleep in) she used it just fine for both urination and bowel movements. But now, every since yesterday, she's been not using it at all unless I pick her up right as I see her start to urinate somewhere else (the bed, hubsband's pants on the floor, under the coffee table) and put her in her litterbox. And she hasn't had a bowel movement at all that I can see in the last 24 hours. Is this normal? I am supposed to call the vet on Friday to let them know how she's doing, but I'm terribly worried. We put her in the bathroom during the day, take her out at night. HELP??

Will pineapple really stop my dog from eating his poop?

Pineapple juice or 100% canned pumpkin (not the filler) seem to do the trick!

Unfortunately, Nutro is not the best food out there. It is too bad, because I used to recommend them until this past July when they were bought out by the Iams company. Since the Nutro brand has gone down hill.

However, it is important for you to understand that his diet has NOTHING to do with his love for poopsicles.

If you are interested in switching foods please do is slowly (2 week process!) as you gradually add in the new food as you phase out the Nutro.

Brands I recommend: Innova, Wellness, Merrick, Canidae, Nature's Variety, Taste of the Wild, etc....

Does anyone else get sick after eating boneless buffalo wings from Buffalo Wild Wings?

So, the gist of the story is that I ve been avoiding the place for months. For some reason, a year or so ago, I was able to eat the boneless wings like normal, no problem at all. I always ordered the mild sauce and the parmesan garlic sauce, just to clarify. No negative repercussions, only ordered once every few months cause I liked going with friends, and wings are pretty great.

However, one day, completely out of no where, when I ate the wings, I woke up that night with a horrible stabbing pain in my midsection, and it was bad enough to make me audibly groan as I crawled out of bed, unsure why I was in pain.

I didn t get diarrhea or anything, because my bowel movements were still pretty normal, but the pain always subsided after using the bathroom.

I tried a few more times and got the same results every time. So, I experimented. I bought the sauce separately and ate it on homemade chicken, and was fine. I tried the traditional wings, with the bone in them, and I was fine. I tried eating smaller portions of the boneless wings, not that I wasn t already eating reasonable portions, and still ended up with this horrible pain.

So, I m convinced that it s the type of boneless chicken they use that makes me so sick, which is a type of Tyson frozen chicken last I checked when I worked there for a bit.

Tl;Dr B-Dubs boneless wings make my insides hurt, and I think it s the chicken that is causing it. Is this normal? Also, does anyone else have this problem?
