How Come My Body Freaks Out When I Drink Whole Milk

IS it bad to drink whole milk while pregnant?

It's only because whole milk contains a lot of calories and fat. Although your body requires more calories when pregnant, it's only about 3-400. Many women tend to use pregnancy as an excuse to eat as much as they want. Quantity as well as quality of foods is just as important during pregnancy. Try to watch your weight gain during your pregnancy and keep within the guide lines. Congratulations and best wishes!

Is Drinking 1 Gallon of Whole Milk a day too much?

Milk, especially whole milk, is an incredibly useful tool for those looking to gain weight and fuel an intensive weight training program. Yes, a gallon of whole milk per day has been suggested and people have had great results with it. These are often very skinny trainees who need to consume a lot of calories, grow, and add some major numbers to their squats. Whole milk could possibly work well for you too. Obviously, once you've gained the weight you need, you'd cut back on the milk consumption and focus on recomposition. Nobody is advocating that we drink a gallon per day for the rest of our lives.

I will admit that I am no expert on this matter, but Hannibal the Cannibal's anti-milk response sounds very agenda-driven (veganism). I have neither the time nor the inclination to analyze the sources cited. I would simply ask whether milk and its constituents are the direct cause of increased risk for whatever, or have they only found a correlation? There's an important difference.

Side effects of too much milk? The runs, possibly.

What else you can do to get swole? Well you sound like you're doing your share of heavy lifting and that is awesome. You could possibly include overhead presses (standing!) into your routine: people who rely exclusively on bench press are more likely to develop shoulder problems. Plus, overhead presses train your body to transmit force from the ground, through your body, up to your arms, which is very valuable for sports. Bench press is great for developing raw upper body strength, but it does not train the rest of your body to transmit that force. Also, Olympic lifts like clean and snatch will probably be useful for you.

Best of luck in your goals!

Does whole milk make your boobs increase in size?

Well, I'm 13, and my dad usually buys 2 percent milk and I asked him to buy whole milk just so I could try it. After drinking it for a few days, my boobs feel bigger? Is this just a coincidence?

I am a 36 A. I have this one friend who LOOVES milk. She drinks it all the time, and her boobs are pretty big, they are a large B. I have another friend who hates milk and she's as flat as a board, can't even fit in an A cup bra.

So this made me wonder...O.o does milk make your boobs grow bigger since I've been drinking it a lot?

Whole milk makes me sick but 2% doesn't?

It's probably the milk fat.

Is whole milk bad for you?

So, my family used to drink 2 percent milk, but my mom read this article that said that whole milk was better for you, because the fat in the milk helps your body to digest the vitamins, and that without all the fat, our bodies cannot digest the protein or absorb the calcium from milk. so, we switched to whole milk, and have been drinking it for like a year now. Recently, my Foods teacher was telling us how whole milk was bad for you and you shouldn't drink it because it has way to much fat and cholesterol in it. But my family seems to be fine, we all drink whole milk, and we are like the skinniest people in my town. So I'm just wondering, is it bad for you, or good for you? Thanks!
