Should Cheerleader's uniforms be subject to school dress code?
Sounds fair to me. Schools have dress codes, and uniforms for some reason. I'm not sure I agree with them, however it contradicts all the "reasons" of having them if you let the cheerleaders slide. I was on the swim team...can I wear my uniform to class? We worked really had to raise the money for those suits as well.

The new cheer uniform design is totally sluty! Were supposed to wear them every Friday to school till after the football game! Our school rules state that skirts/shorts must be no shorter than 3 inches above the knee but the new uniform is like a micro mini skirt?! I went to the office to complain but they said they couldn't do anything about it! The other cheerleaders don't have a problem with it but having my butt hang out isn't what I signed up for! I want to keep cheerleading for the school but I don't want to wear tiny skirt!
Are high school cheerleaders skirts too short?
A little but thats what those lil briefs are for. theyre no more revealing than the super tight briefs we wore for volleyball
Cheerleaders not allowed to wear uniform during school? Parents' opinions?
When I was growing up, all the cheerleaders wore their uniforms to school on game days. Now all of a sudden they have banned them, saying it was against dress code policy. I understand the skirts are short but they wore their wind pants underneath anyways so I don't see how it is violating any policies. They should make it mandatory to wear pants underneath, not ban it completely. It's ruining the school spirit! (This is a public school with no uniforms, btw.) What's your opinion?
What kind of backpack/tote do cheerleaders use?
I've never been a cheerleader, but I've always seen them carry duffel bags? Pink duffel bags I think. But honestly, I'm from Utah and school here might be different then where you're from, so bear with me! Also I just graduated so the style is somewhat still 'what's in' If your style is more girly chick, you could go with skirts and nice tops. I've seen girls dress nice like that everyday. If you're more of a sporty chick, you can always wear basketball shorts and jeans with nike, underarmour, or addidas tops, but there is still a dress code. It really depends on the school though. if you are just a bunch of everything here is the perfect list: Hoodies Sweats jeans Skirts (even pencil skirts) Toms (shoes) snd sandals flip flops tee shirts Lace tops etc just be yourself in high school and have fun oh and preety hairstyles go a LONG way so good luck! :)
Why do cheerleaders have slutty uniforms?
Sorry if you disagree, but I think they're pretty trashy. Also the fact that my school doesn't allow ripped jeans, shorts that aren't boy shorts or Bermuda shorts or the short we have in pe (any shorts that come to our knees) is silly if they buy those slutty uniforms. They always have a strict dress code but the here leader uniform goes against the school dress code in every possible way. With their bellies showing, *** cheeks hanging out with some gold underwear underneath. WTF, someone explain this. I don't get it.
