How Do Employers View A Public Urination Charge

If someone is assaulted and the victim does not press charges, can the assaulter still get into legal trouble?

Others have written good answers and some of those others are lawyers or police officers ... Me? I'm neither, but I think I have a little to add that may help clarify things (but not really add a lot new).In a criminal case, the case reads e.g. New York vs. Joe Smith.  In a civil case, it would be Jane Doe vs. Joe Smith. In a criminal case, the prosecution is done by some combination of police officers, other investigators, and the city, state or federal authorities.  The police are paid by the "people".  If it goes to trial, the attorneys for the prosecution are also paid by the people. Several people raised the fact that, in a murder case, the victim can't press charges. True.  But hardly unique! This also happens in many drug cases, prostitution cases and child/spousal abuse cases. However, it wasn't always so and it isn't so everywhere.  All the above is centered on the USA (although I believe many other countries are similar). Some states have, however, not even tried to prosecute criminals and others make only minor efforts to do so.  This failure may be due to the actual law or it may be due to lack of resources or it may be due to corruption. When this is the case, people take the law into their own hands.  Such places are always very violent.  E.g. the "wild west". I'd be interested to hear about how criminal cases work in other countries.

Penalty for "dating" someone underage.?

You wouldn't go to jail for life, they are exaggerating.

But you would likely be at risk of being required to register as a sex offfender for the rest of your life - which would be a pretty awful consequence.

This means that your local sheriff's department will post your name, address and photograph on their website that identifies you as a sex offender. You would never be allowed to live near a school or a playground. You would not be allowed to be around underage children (something that could be very inconvenient if you decide you would like to have a family someday). You wouldn't be eligible to get into college, join the military, or pass the background check for any good job. (Meaning, you would be destined for a career in construction or the food service industry.)

So, you wouldn't be in jail for the rest of your life - but it could certainly ruin your life.

(And just because you aren't doing anything doesn't mean she won't turn on you and make something up. This girl sounds a bit unstable. If she starts claiming that the two of you are having sex, you could wind up with a conviction.)

Don't ever be alone with her. Stop giving her rides unless you have someone else with you.

Is it illegal for me to ask for a service dogs papers or purpose?

Jennifer’s answer covers the ground well. As a service dog handler myself, I’d like to emphasize some points:The size and breed of the dog is immaterial. Chihuahuas make excellent hearing dogs for deaf people. Great Danes make excellent support dogs for people with mobility disabilities. Even dachshunds can be service dogs. The handler’s disability may not be visible. For instance, I am totally deaf. Only when I speak can someone recognize that, and not always. When challenged, a true service dog handler will respond politely and answer allowable questions quietly. We do not get belligerent. Belligerence is a sure sign of a phony. (Well, sometimes we can be pushed too far, but that is rare.) Real service dog handlers want to be advocates for their cause and win friends, not make enemies. Some phony service dogs are extremely well behaved even if they are not specifically trained to ameliorate a disability.Real service dogs can have off days, barking if startled and the like. The best thing to do if you suspect a dog is a phony is to do nothing . . . UNLESS the dog misbehaves, such as barking uncontrollably or urinating inside. Then you can request the venue manager to ask the patron to remove the offending dog. Best not to confront the situation yourself, unless the dog is on your private property.I now favor the Canadian model: A person with a disability who wants to take a service dog into public venues must get a signed affidavit from his physician, and the service dog must be trained by an organization approved by Assistance Dogs International and pass public behavioral tests. In the U.S., an owner-trained dog could go to an organization affiliated with ADI to pass the tests

Will a reprimant come up on crb checks? my 16 year old son....?

Yes, CRB checks show a full criminal record including 'automatically spent' offences like cautions, reprimands & warnings.

The police won a court case in Oct 2009 to keep all info on the Police National Computer, until the subjects 100th birthday - no matter how old. Therefore it will never be wiped off.

The CRB have to reveal all info on the Police National Computer so it will always be there.
An employer viewing a CRB check with information on (i.e. cautions, convictions, reprimands etc) must discuss it with you before withdrawing any offer of employment. He should be honest and explain to the employer it was a one-off and that this is not a pattern of behaviour.

Not all jobs require CRB checks, only those working with children/vulnerabable adults or in 'exempted professions' as per the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order).

Argumentative essay - Wars create more problems than it solves?

I think you should write your essay on pronoun agreement in modern argumentative essay questions. "Wars" is plural whereas "it" is singular. Wars goes with they, War goes with it. You should take a moral stand and demand more professionalism from your teacher. However, I don't think he or she will appreciate the grammar lesson. On second thought, maybe you should just answer the question as is and forget the moral stand.

Does it ruin the rest of your life to be arrested once for a misdemeanor?

No of course not,It might feel like the end of the world for that day, but everyone makes mistakes and the name of the game is to learn from mistakes. As Frank Staples says, even a more serious charge doesn't spell doom for the future. People are actually quite forgiving on the whole as long as they have some assurance you are past that and do not present a risk to them (or their business). There may be some adjustment to your life goals, it may even open up the unexpected new door. I have a close relative that has more than a couple of convictions for burglary and other offences. He is now happily married with children and a successful published author and screenwriter. He used some of his experiences as part of his books.

If you kill yourself with someone else's gun do They get in trouble?

First of all, I'm truly sorry to hear about the loss of your friend. Honestly, whether your friend's Dad gets in trouble or not depends on a lot of different factors. Namely being your State laws regarding gun control, whether the gun was locked up or not and how strict your particular county is on gun control. Given all of these factors, the answer still lies pretty much in your District Attorney's hands.
A hard-nose DA can make a large case out of this and depending on the judge, it is possible that your friend's Father could get some serious time. A lot will depend on how the community views this.
DA's and Judges are generally elected therefore if public outcry demands that something be done, your local DA and Judge will probably fight tooth and nail to see the man prosecuted. Again, this all goes back to your locale.
