Well, Yahoo in their wisdom (read that as 'lack of') have asked the morons and imbeciles to redesign their email facia. This is the fourth change in 3 years which goes to prove they have no clue what they are doing and just keep on fukking things up. However, there workaround is for you to go to settings, mail view and choose 'BASIC'. This will reset it to the previous version. Save it and it will be all ok until you try the next time and it will be the new shitty one again where you cannot see your folders even AFTER you have saved the basic configration. Why the functionality is 'missing' in Mail for Windows 10 I am not sure. But it is missing. I had created all the folders I needed previous to upgrade so didn't realize this was an issue until you asked.Here is a 'fix' (actually more a work-around). Open a web browser, Edge will work just fine, and go to the MSN homepage. Ensure you are logged in. If you are using a MSA it will usually do this automatically but if you see a "Sign-in" link in the upper right then do sign in. Once you do this click the Outlook icon in the top of the webpage. This will open your Outlook for Web. If you look at the list of folders to the left at the very bottom is a link, highlighted in blue, labeled "New Folder", just click that link and create your new folder where you want it.Now open, or synch, the Mail app and the folder will appear in the folders area on the left.Hopefully the next Mail app update will address this absence.

If your problem is that the add folder does nothing when you cllick on it. Then the next time you try and it doesnt work, tap the F5 button on the keyboard a few times. That will refresh the page and should allow you to add a folder.
