Where is the internal memory located in the samsung galaxy s4?
Even if you do find it its going to be a useless endeavor if you are planning to upgrade it as its soldered onto the board itself and removing it is next to impossible. Also, its going to render the device unusable unless you already have the BIOS and OS on a separate card/ memory which will be a real challenge to not only create but replace.
