Why is a game lagging on larger screen with same resolution?
The display has a refreshing rate of its own. Most displays refresh at 60hz and gaming ones refresh at around 144hz. That may be causing a lag. Since you haven't mentioned how much drop in frames you're experiencing I can't effectively say as to what is the reason.It would be good if you connect your laptop to the monitor, adjust the graphics settings and check for frame rates. Also do make sure that you're using only one screen at a time. The size of the monitor should not be a problem as long as the resolution at which the game is being played is same.
My media player stops when I play full screen games, why?
I used to play games full screen while listening to TV series via media player. Suddenly for some reason, this isn't working anymore. and it's with all the media players I have. Could anyone tell me what the problem could be please? Thanks
Is it bad to play video games alot on a flat screen t.v. with a playstation 3?
Not at all, if you have a Plasma though, you should avoid pausing the game for a long time as burn in issues can ruin the tv. But other than that, play without fear!
Gameboy Color screen is dark. Is this normal?
Gameboy colour's are dark. That's why I bought a Gameboy Advance SP to play all my gameboy games on. You can get a light to attach to the front of the gameboy so you can see it better. But there is no back light in the Gameboy Colour so that is why it is dark.

Yahoo updated the games section. You now need a new updated game demo. Go to Tools,Internet Options,Browser history ,settings button,View objects. Right click and remove all yahoo games listed.When you go to play next time a new demo will pop up to download. My PS3 screen cuts off at the top and bottom HELP?
Okay, so my dad hooked our PS3 up to his really old TV in his bedroom while I was away for a week and played Madden 13 on it and when I came back and set up the PS3 back in our living room the screen cut off at the top and bottom. Like, it only shows half the time and doesn't show my items at the bottom when I play games. I have tried everything on all my game display settings, but it seems like my PS3 settings are the problem. I have a 36' Phillips TV and apparently it's not HD according to my dad (I don't really believe him) and it's on the 420 resolution and I dunno what to do because it pisses me off sooooo badly. I live in the Dallas, TX area and there are a lot of these games around here. There are game rooms that have lots of machines, and a lot of gas staions around have at least one machine. My brother is a level 2 Genius. Ever since we were kids he’s come up with amazing theories and philosophies for life.When I was about 13, and he was 17 he came up with an idea that I can best call the “Taint of space”. The theory is that what we do in a space characterizes how we will feel about that space and ‘taint’ all our interactions there.So if we had a room we always studied in we would find it easier to study, think and calm down there.If we have a game room we will find it easier to play games, be gregarious and loud.That if we try to do our studying in a room where we commonly play our video games and watch TV we will have a harder time with getting the studying done. What we do changes the atmosphere our minds associate with that room.I don’t know whether studies have been done proving this theory, but I have found myself profoundly affected by planning around it.As such I have very specifically planned exactly what my bedroom is for - Sleeping, dressing and being intimate with my wife. There is no TV, I’ll bring my phone in at night and read for little, I may even read a book for a little, but my bed is not a comfy place for me to do either of these activities and my bedroom isn’t the primary place for it.And I sleep like a baby there, and some of the best discussions my wife and I have regarding the strength of our marriage, the heading of our kids and the course of our family happen in that room. It’s a great place to take my kids when I want to discuss something with them in person, they know it’s important if we go in there to talk.I know of some families where every room feels like a family room, Every room is just as good as a study, every room is multipurpose. Their lives seem utterly chaotic to me, and my discussions with the parents confirm it seems like chaos. My sister is like this with her family. I presume she loves it that way, but it’s not the way my wife and I work.Also we have no magazine subscriptions, So no TV, no permanent tech, no magazines, and the kids sleep in their own rooms after the age of 3 months old.
