What do you call someone who doesn't fight?

How to fight someone that doesn't know how to fight?
Basic scenario, I was watching this video of a fight at my school today and I noticed that even the kid that won who was totally jacked didn't really know how to throw a punch. He just sort of wailed his arms around until they found their target. These punches don't inflict any damage, but they are also extremely hard to get in your own punches with. How can I get in a punch when the other kid is wailing his arms like an idiot?
