How Do I Boot Onto Windows From Ubuntu

Ubuntu won't go away from Windows Boot Manager?

So I've been trying to install Ubuntu through Wubi for a while now, and it refuses to work. I have decided to just plain dual-boot Ubuntu and Windows. But whenever I boot up, WBM comes up with Windows 7 and Ubuntu as an option. I've deleted and uninstalled Ubuntu and Wubi, but it's still there. When I go into msconfig, it shows Windows 7 as the ONLY OS. BTW, I'm still a n00b at Linux, so please keep it simple ;)

Which is better Ubuntu linux or windows?

You can try Ubuntu by creating a live CD and booting it in your computer. If you decide you like the interface then move on.
I use both Linux and Windows, both have there ups and downs and thus I can't live with just one. I use a dual boot system, this involves the partitioning of your hard drive to create a section for Windows and a section for Linux, (I have also created an extra partition that can be accessed by both operating systems so that I can easily share data. there is a huge guide here http://www.lifehacker.com.au/2010/12/a-c...
If you like the idea of Dual-Booting (and I suggest it is the way to go) there is a large guide for everything here http://lifehacker.com/#!5403100/dual+boo...

Ubuntu is a very streamlined experience, there are plenty of open source programs that allow you to work with documents and power points etc and write in formats that can be read by Windows. If you have a computer with an Intel core you can also install WINE which can allow you to run most Windows programs on Linux (but not games). The update manager for Ubuntu makes sure everything is secure and safe, and the Synaptic Manager allows you to search though the huge database of programs which can be installed with just one click (the manager sorts out anything extra that is required to make the program run). Also a major benefit of Linux is the lack of viruses that can affect your computer (there are still ones out there but nothing that can take over your computer).

Windows on the other hand is the most widely used operating system in the world, there are plenty of programs available and it is easy to use. Since your a Windows user anyway you can think of all the pros and cons for here.

I suggest not restricting yourself to one system or the other, make use of the power of dual boot.

Help me Uninstall Ubuntu from my Windows 7/Ubuntu dual boot netbook?

I have an Asus Eee PC. It is dual booted with Windows 7 and Ubuntu. The time has come to uninstall Ubuntu (Various reasons, I won't go into). However, this being a netbook, it does not have a CD drive. That being said, I cannot load the original windows CD/DVD. Meaning, I cannot simply delete the Linux partitions since GRUB will be gone, and I won't be able to boot into wither OS. So I ask, what is the best way to go about uninstalling Linux, is there a good step by step guide online? I don't want to mess up a simple step and have to go through a million more steps to try and fix the problem. Thank you in advance.
