You can't delete your Yahoo! Answers account completely, but you can make it nearly invisible. All the questions or answers you've submitted that are "in voting" or "resolved" are now permanently a part of Yahoo! Answers. Yahoo basically owns those answers. You can report your resolved questions and answers to Yahoo as "violating Community Guidelines" and they may remove your content at your request, but you also risk deletion of your entire account if you acquire too many violation notices.
