How Do I Convert A Very Basic Hairstyle From Sims 2 To Sims 3

How do I get diffrent hair colors on Sims 2?

I've played around with sims 2 so much it's not even funny! Here's what I know:

I think it's mainly for children but I haven't been on recently, so I can't remember. You Have the person look into a mirror and click change appearence. Then you can change the person's hair to be wacky colored and a crazy cut. Actually, now that I think about it, it is for adults and teens, also. Plus, Sometimes, when you're making the sim, you can click the star/astrisk type thing that says custom (when you put your mouse over the icon) and it'll sometimes give you wierd hair styles and whatnot.

I have a hint/cheat code if you want it. It's an all toggle code (whatever that means) but it can let you do almost anything (from a baby on-the-spot , to a neighbor becoming a part of the household, to sudden death by flies, etc.).
It goes like this:

while you're making a sim, at the same time push, Ctrl + Shift + C That will give you the cheact code bar. Then type in:

boolProp testingcheatsenabled true

Then (I'm not so sure about this next part but...) you right click the background somewhere and push N at the same time (try pushing shift also if that doesn't work). Then a normal sims Info thing will pop down and say something about a de-bugging something or other about a toggles or... I don't know. It'll be about two inches long. Whatever. Then, in the clothes and make-up and whatnot you'll have a bunch of wied new thigs like a jial suit, a doctors outfit, a policeman's outfit, a skeleton, bunny outfits, and a 'birthday suit'; *wink wink*.

Later when you get to the house you can right click the person and press shift or N or whatever you did before. Then you'll be able to right click them and a WHOLE BUNCH of new options will be available. Try things out! It's fun! Od yeah, you can get spontaneous ALIEN BABIES! Don't forget about the "More..." option!!!! I'd also suggest using the Tombstone of L & D (Life and Death). Really helpful and FUN!!

(BTW, this code can possibally cause a breakdown of the computer but all you'll have to do is reinstall Sims 2)

YAY SIMS 2!!!!!
Happy playing and good luck! (research if you can't get it right)

♥ Peace

Sims 3: How to match hairstyle to outfit with a Sim born in-game?

You know how the character creation in The Sims 3 lets you match different hairstyles to different outfits--say, a ponytail for the Everyday outfit and an up-do for the Formal outfit? Well, I know how to do that in Create-A-Sim, but I can't seem to figure out how to do it with my second and third generation Sims. Since the outfit planning (wardrobe) is completely separated from the hairstyle planning (mirror), there just doesn't seem to be a way.

Is there a way? Has anyone been able to figure it out? If so, I'd love to know about it. I want my Sim to have nice hair with her formal outfit.

Is there a cheat to change a sims 3 toddlers hair style?

Well, you can automatically change the hairstyle of any sim. While in the toddlers sim, select a mirror and then "change appearance." The character will load into a restricted create-a-sim room and you can change hairstyle, makeup, etc. For an easier and more comprehensive use of this, hold down CTRL, SHIFT and C simultaneously until the cheat box appears. Type in "testingcheatsenabled true", without the quotations. THen shift click the character you choose and select "Edit Sim in Create a Sim". This will give you all the options you had when creating the sim, down to weight, name, appearance.
If you mean extra styles, there's no cheat code you can type in to unlock more. However, if you go to thesims3.com, go to the Exchange, and to the sims section on the sidebar, there's a variety of Sims you can download, most of them with moderation hair (not made by EA.). Pick a toddler whose hair you like, then download them. You now have that hair, as well as everything the toddler had on them, in-game. You can do this with any age group or sex. However, beware: sometimes Sims with moderation gear bring weird things with them (bottomless options, thongs, Simpsons t-shirts), haven't classified their apparel correctly (think: an adukt t-shirt classified as usable for toddlers will result in pretty deformed toddlers) and usually the mods don't work as well, look as good or perform as well as EA certified goods,

Hope I helped!

How do you change your hair in Sims 3?

Buy a mirror in the "bedroom" selection of the store, any type will work. Continue to gameplay, and click on the mirror. Then it will say "change appearance", click on it. Now being in "edit a sim", you can change your persons hair, hair color, eyebrow type/shape, and eyebrow color. Hope this helps. :]

How do I change hair color in Sims 3?

Use a mirror and select change appreance, but note this once you change the hair color any children from that sim will have the same hair color. My daughter changed one of her sims hair color to pink with red lips, that sim's children had pink hair and red lips.

How To Change Hair Colour On Sims 3?

I just got my PS3 2 days ago and I love it! I bought a game called the Sims 3. I love it but I'm really upset because I have no idea how to change the hair colour of my sims. I know how to change the style. in create a sim there is no option for hair colour and I have a mirror. I have looked everywhere and I still have no idea what to do! Does anyone else think that on the Sims 3 the male hair really does suck?

I feel exactly the same!
I'm sure there was more options in sims 2!

Girls' is cute and it gives you some choice, but you can't get 'sexy' across with the male hairstyles!

I feel the same about the clothing, I really hope they bring out a expansion pack for those type of things soon
