How Do I Defend Myself Against A False Accusation

How can I defend myself against a false accusation on a restraining order (PPO)?

My neighbor lost a small claims suit that I filed and they have been following me and threatening me ever since. When I went to file a restraining order they told me that there was one filed on me by the other party. I have not had any contact with these people that are claiming this stuff. I don't look at them or talk to them while I am outside. Unfortunately, we share a driveway so I cannot avoid them totally. How do I get the order to change and can I be arrested for using my driveway when I have to cross the property line to pull into the driveway? I would love to have no contact with these people but I believe they will lie again to the police to try and get me arrested. I haven't harrassed them but I know they would love to see me arrested and have it ruin my teaching career.

The answer depends on how much money you have to obtain the right information. I could have avoided jail and won the case easily if I had a witness available who knew what really happened. But I would need to hire a lawyer to sue the person who forced a woman to sign a paper against me, and compensate for the woman who would be fired from her job just to tell the judge to real truth.

You have very little hope. The only way you can have to covered is by getting it written on stamp paper and have it signed by girl and her parents in front of a notary or judge. Otherwise feminists of India can just screw you anytime with the kind of unaccountable power they get in the name of dowry.

How you defend yourself against false accusations?

how you defend your in court when your ex:(accused u of maltreating the child such as,not feeding her, bathing her, yelling at the child in front of the mom.) 2.Saying the father is diagnose with retardation, and wants to suspend visitation.

Can the father appoint a Gal?can father seek custody?,if mother has a history of violated visitation, interference with his rights, an has run away before

anybody experiencing the same custody battle?

I have been through this exact same situation and I know you’re not going to like this answer because as honest truthful people, no one likes when someone tarnishes their name and speaks lies about them. The best thing for you to do is to not react in anyway and to be completely indifferent to the accusations be confident in who you are and knowing your truth don’t try to fight the allegations because ultimately the burden of proof is on the person making them if you know your truth then you have nothing to worry about and the toxic person making the false allegations is simply trying to cause you emotional distress as they smear you and try to get you to react so that they can tell everyone you’re unstable and crazy. Try your level best to ignore the accusations and focus on yourself nothing will come of the accusations if they are falseLike I mentioned before I know this isn’t the answer that you want right now you want justice you don’t want someone out there attempting to tarnish your reputation and good name but ultimately the truth will prevail and anyone who’s willing to accept the false accusations without getting your side of the story is not really someone you want in your life anyway.

Me and my parents were driving in a 35 mile an hour zone going around 40 mph when a police officer suddenly pulls us over. He walks up to my dad and proceeds to tell him that he was going 70mph. For one, it is absolutely impossible for us to have been going 70 mph. There was quite a bit of traffic on the street, and for us to be going 70 mph we would either have had to be swerving left and right to avoid people or everyone on the street would have to have been going 70 mph. The lights on the street are also timed so that anyone going the speed limit when the light is green can catch all of them by the end. This happens every time (I've gone up and down the street 100 times), and I think it must be a technology mandated change. If we had been going 70mph, there would have had to been at least 1 or 2 lights that we would have had to stop at. Second, we would have realized if we were going that fast. We're all good drivers, and my mom is an absolute stickler for going the speed limit. You know when you're going 70 mph. My dad was perfectly polite when the police officer told us this, but the cop gave us a $140 fine anyway. How do you defend yourself against this in court?

Find out the official university/college process on plagiarism and make sure that it is being followed. You should be entitled to ask for and see the evidence for the case in advance. Likewise, you should be entitled to take a representative with you (non-legal at this point) to ensure that a fair process is followed. The representative with you should take notes. If you are not able to review the evidence in advance, you may wish to receive the evidence and not offer any further comment until you have had chance to review it.Do be cautioned that many plagiarism cases are quite obvious to the staff marking them. You do not have to have deliberately cheated to have committed plagiarism. For instance, you could have copied a section of text into a report, meaning to properly quote and reference it afterwards, but having forgot. That would still count as plagiarism, as it’s something that’s just not acceptable in the academic (or wider) world.
