How Do I Find My Father Without A Name Or Any Information Help

Can my father sell my grandfather's property without my consent?

That would depend on whether the property was your Grandfather’s “self-acquired” property or whether it was an ancestral property. In case it was your grand father’s self acquired property, on his death, and your father is the only legal heir of the property, unless there is a will which bequeaths it to both of You, he can sell the property. In case there is no will or your father is the only person on the Will, your father can sell the property without your consent and you cannot claim any share in sale proceeds .You can claim if your father further invested the amount in in other property or has FD in his name on the basis that the amount which he is holding is that of his father.

Can i find my biological father without his name?

im not adopted, i have got my full birth certificate but it just has my mothers name on. some of my pictures you can clearly see someone has been torn off. i have asked her but she always says its not the right time. im 19 and i kinda think i have a right to know! but she just doesnt listen.

Can i cahnge my childs last name without the fathers consent?

I live in Florida, his father lives in N.Y. They have never seen eachother, father doesnt pay child support even though hes' court order to, and i am the custodial parent, he is the non-custodial.
Because i am the custodial parent, do i still need his consent?

My dad sold my car without my permission but was in his name and kept the money, can I press charges?

The only relevant information you didn't provide was the specific financial information regarding the car: When did you buy it? How did you buy it? (In cash, did you make payments?) Did you pay for the insurance, or was your father paying the insurance?

I'm also curious about why the vehicle was parked at his house. Why wasn't it in your possession? You say you left the car there while you were in college . . . but you also say you are now a graduate. When were you planning on retrieving the car? And did you have the use of another vehicle?

You cannot press criminal charges. The car was titled in your father's name; therefore the police will view this as a civil matter. Your only recourse is small claims court. You will have the burden of proving the car belonged to you. CAN you prove this? That the car was titled in your father's name to commit insurance fraud is not going to help you - but if the value of the car is significant, then a judge might be more sympathetic. If your dad was paying your insurance, then you'll be hard pressed to win your case.

You'll have many cars over your life. You only have one father - and you know that your father was having financial problems. Please think long and hard about whether or not this is a path you want to travel. (And if your dad was paying your insurance and especially if the car wasn't worth more than a few thousand, I would suggest that you walk away from this.)

How do I find my Biological Father with no info?

I have recently found out that the man who raised me is not my bio father. He has been an excellent dad and spoiled me and raised me as his own. But I want to find my bio father. I dont think I want to talk to him or have a relationship. I just want to know who he is, what he looks like and what kind of person he is. He knows I exsist. We live in a small town and I just want to know if I walk past him in the street.
I have asked my parents who he is but they have not answered my question. We are not a 'talk-about-your-feelings' sort of family and our relationship has been even more strained since I found out. I fully believe that they would have never told me if I hadnt found out by accident.
I have found out a few small bits of info from other family members.
My parents married when I was 18 months. I *assume* this was when the legal adoption started.
I have been told that the court requested that my bio father had to give up all parental responsibilty for me and I was temporarily made a ward of court (not taken into care or anything)
Does this mean that his name is listed somewhere on some sort of legal document...and where would I find it? I can't get a copy of my original birth certificate. I know that i was named as my mothers maiden name. Does this mean he wont be listed on the birth certificate? Or can he be on there and I still have my mothers last name? All I have seen my whole life is a revised birth certificate with my current name on it. I had never seen any other type of certificate before and had to need to question/verify it.
Any help would be appreceated. I dont know where to start. All the websites I have come accross dont seem to have any help or answers.
