If you unblock someone on Instagram and they re-follow you, do all their likes reappear?
Obviously Nooo! Talking logically, you won’t get the likes back as you already blocked the user. So as per my understanding, the servers of Instagram would delete the activity of that particular user on your account. And I don’t think Instagram would be saving all this history as everyday people would be doing something crazy like you said. Hope this helps !

When you block someone instagram unfollows him on behalf of you and stops him from following you . its not them unfollowing you .1. Whenever you block anyone on Instagram, that user won’t get any notification to let them know that you have blocked them.2. The user whom you blocked will be removed as your Instagram follower.3. As soon as you block an Instagram user, the notifications from that user on your profile will be removed.4. All the earlier comments and likes(when not blocked) from that user on your posts will disappear.5. You can search, find and view the Instagram profile you have blocked. If the profile you blocked is public then you can even view their posts. Their profiles can also be visited by tapping on their username which is there in likes and comments on your posts.6. You cannot like or comment on their photos and videos after blocking them. They are only viewable if the account is public of course.7. Similar is the case for the person who is getting blocked. Notifications from you will be removed from their profile. Moreover, all your likes and comments on their posts will vanish.8. The Instagram Direct Conversation with the user you blocked will be removed. But the blocked person will still have it but the chat will under their own username.

Well, you've blocked each other, so I'm not sure...however I'm pretty sure you can still go to her page and unblock her. When someone blocks you, you just can't see their photos. I'm pretty sure you can still do the whole 'blocking' and 'unblocking' things.

Yes I believe you have them on Facebook for a month! But I believe case for all can’t reblock for a moth then u can loose them again! I think if you can’t block if you try a pop up should appear wth the info but maybe why right in you saw and u didn’t know? Lol it’s been awhile sines I saw but I think u can do once it’s the second time u unblock,trying to block and unblock it’s like spam you repeat to often back to back it gets a label like spam so if not sure try with one contact u blockedtgars not a close one, test it if u get stuck with them no threat or problem for you,just don’t announce it let them notice it??
