How Do I Gain All My Weight Back

How to gain my weight back?

Since you haven’t been eating as much, when you start to eat reasonably and normally, you’re going to gain all of that weight back and maybe even excess weight which can be very frustrating. You need to eat more and throughout the day while also making sure that you don’t gain weight obsessively and in the wrong places. Eat wholesome good foods. Lean and red meats, veggies, carbs, fruits for snacks. As soon as you start eating more you should notice some weight gain but depending on your body and how easy/hard it is for you to lose weight you might have to raise/lower the amount that you eat occasionally.

Gaining all my lost weight back?? :(?

at the begining of summer last year i was 146 lbs and by the end i was 135 and then by new years i was 131.
like i stopped exercising about end of june and just ate normally but my weight just kind of kept dropping little by little. then suddenly after that i started gaining all my weight back. since new years i've gained almost 20 pounds...is that normal? i haven't been eating more than i usually do..like my friends can't tell that i've gained weight but i can. my stomach's not flat anymore and my thighs have gotten bigger. :/

Isagenix..gain weight back?

Isagenix is a GREAT program. I have seen amazing results in my own weight, and I needed to lose the same amount as you.

For a 9-Day Cleanse:
Begins:

Two days of pre-cleanse. (A shake for breakfast/lunch, a healthy, protein-filled dinner)
Then you have two days of cleanse (which is like iced-tea kind of, but you have four of these and can have specific kinds of fruits only. These are the two days when you'll notice the biggest difference in weight and energy. They are the hardest days, but they pay off)
After that, you continue to do the two shakes a day and healthy meal. You snack on healthy foods or the products that Isagenix offers.
There is also a 30-day cleanse if you feel like you need to drop a lot, like over fifty pounds.

I recommend the 9-Day for you, however, because I had to lose the same amount of weight. You do two nine-days in a row, and then take one week off, but also work out and continue to eat healthily. On your week off, have only one shake a day, and the best way to do this is to have it for breakfast. If you don't like vanilla, I recommend putting half a banana in it. It makes the taste a lot better.

Isagenix becomes a way of life. Continue to do one shake for breakfast a day and eat healthily, and the weight will stay off. Also, if you ever feel like you had a bad eating day, just do one day of cleanse to rid your body of toxins.

This is truly a revolutionary program. The pounds literally fall off! Just remember to work out for about an hour each day, too. Try to do it before breakfast because the cardio will jumpstart your metabolism.

Good luck!

Why do you gain all your weight back as soon as you stop intermittent fasting?

Losing and gaining weight has nothing to do with IF.IF gives you control over a period of time and it’s a strategy not a diet, meaning you just move your eating window. When it comes down to gaining or losing weight it’s about the calories in versus the calories out thermodynamics, burn more then you eat.So basically it wont really matter when you eat, what matters is how much you are ingesting with that meal and what you are eating. For instance if you went around fasting for 16 hours and ingested more then your maintenance with that single meal you would have ended up gaining weight. If you went around fasting for 16 hours and you ingested less then your maintenance with that single meal of yours you would have ended up losing weight.Since IF gave you control when you were fasting your insulin levels were low so you didn’t feel hungery so when you ate your meal or consumed your single meal you ended up eating less that made you lose weight. Now that you are eating more often your insulin levels spike up you remain more hungry you lose control and you end up eating more or overeating that causes you weight gain.

Why is it so easy to gain weight back after a diet?

Your body has now adjusted to the modewhere it has been forced to use stored-fat, as the primary fuel source. (Or at least much more than, while gaining the initial fat.The metabolism has tried to slow aswell. This is but a survival mechanism. See..Your body unfortunately doesn’t know there is food available in the kitchen, so it acts in a way to prevent future starvation. By holding on tighter to the calories consumed when switching from a caloric deficiency, to a surplus.Note: Some weight gain can also be attributed to glycogen stores replenishing, more water etc.The period after weight loss,Hosts the largest repurcussions when you eat “normal” again. So how do we combat this?By a process we can call Reverse-Dieting.It is a method used to re-introduce your body to higher calories. In this way, your body adjusts to the calories over a set time. (Most diets fail here, due to not implementing a reverse-dieting schedule)Simply adding an additional 100 calories(this may vary depending on the person) to what you were eating. For a week or two. Then increase. So for exampleWeek 1 - (was eating 2k calories per day) Now 2100 per dayWeek 2 - Now eat 2200 calories per day.Week 3 - 2300 calories per day. While monitoring bodyfat closely, allowing you to eat a bit more freely in the long run. This can be a bit annoying,.. I knowEspecially if you are feeling hungry. But provides a much greater shot at avoiding post-diet, weight gain

I lost a lot of weight and gained it back very fast? Why did I gain it all back and more so quickly?

Okay so last year I wasn't very happy with my body and I was only 15 so I started to restrict a lot of 'bad' food groups such as gluten, high carb vegetables and some fruits. I would eat breakfast, lunch and dinner but never overate. I had no idea how to diet in a healthy manner, I thought I was doing it the right way. Anyway each week I would lose an average of 2 kg and went from being around 60 to 50kg over a few months. I've gained back all the weight I lost and an extra few kg, not saying I'm unsatisfied, I'm actually a lot more accepting of myself and body now.

My question is how come my body gained all the weight back so quickly?
