How Do I Gain Locker Room Confidence For My New Job

Men, Do Men that are well endowed have more confidence?

I don't really know why I am thinking about this, but I am...it seems like the guys that I have dated that have been well endowed just seem to have a natural confidence about them in all areas of their lives, not just in bed. But the guys that were not as well endowed were insecure about a lot of things that have nothing to do with sex, or they had a ********* about them the actually belied being insecure. This could totally be an erroneous conclusion I have came to. It is based on what I have seen in the men I have dated. Do you think it is fact or fiction? LOL

Teens: School Locker Rooms?!?

What's your opinion? I hate having to get changed in the locker rooms. I don't have very low self-confidence, but I still amn't a fan and often sneak out to the toilets to change. How does it work in your school, and do you like/hate it?

TEEN GUYS: How would you describe a locker room?

Like adjectives, please. I'm writing a novel and I need to describe this:
- Zach is with his friends Callum and Matt when he asks this, in the locker room after football practice.
- He says that “Lena is a good time,” joking around of course.
- Joe, Zach's brother, comes into the locker room. He was at practice with his band, and their mom is there to pick them up.
- Zach says: “Get out of here, f@g!” and then throws a towel at him.

Is that realistic? And how are boys in locker rooms? I want it to be realistic. Thanks!

Teen Boys, What underwear would you recommend I buy?

I am looking at buying some new underwear and want the opinions of teen guys around my age of 15 what they like. I don't care how expensive they are nor what kind they are, brief, trunk, boxers. It doesn't matter. IM me if necessary. THANKS Cory

How should I face an interview?

An interview is a conversation between two or more people where questions are asked by the interviewer to elicit facts or statements from the interviewee. It is used to analyse the candidates aspiring to join an organisation. But on an important day like a job interview, many lose confidence. This in turn lets the appropriate opportunity slip out of hand, even if you deserve the job. Nervousness is natural, but the trick is to project self-confidence and prove that you're worth it.Therefore, to help you face the interview with confidence, here's a list of tips:1. Be yourself: Do not try to be someone you are not. The interviewer is an expert of his job and will immediately catch hold of any dishonest statement or action you portray. Do not pretend to be someone you are not.2. Maintain an eye contact: One of the best to project confidence is to maintain an eye contact with the person who is interviewing you. Do not look here and there or up and down for it shows nervousness.3. Body language: Most of the communication that we do during an interview is non-verbal. Sit straight. Do not shake your legs or tap your feet in nervousness. Do not fiddle with your hair or rub your hands. After all, the interviewer is also just another human being. He is sure to have some flaws too.4. Dress appropriately: Remember, you are going for an interview, not a fancy dress competition or party. Dress smartly and neatly. Do not wear a lot of jewellery. If ladies are wearing a saree, pin it properly. Do not walk in for the interview shabbily. Tuck your hair properly. Do not wear any uncomfortable dress. Wearing formals is always suitable for appearing in an interview.5. Know you CV, job and company: Have a firm grasp on your CV, the job you're applying for and the company. Be specific about your achievements and your growth so far. Set examples of events that set you apart from others. Think of a reason why the interviewer should hire you. Give them a reason to choose you. Also, know the company well. You are required to work for them; therefore they expect you to be well-informed of the organisation, its products, services and industry as a whole.First impression may or may not be the last one, but it definitely is a lasting impression. Make sure, you get it right.
