Will eating too much fruit EVER make you gain weight?

I don't eat all fruit, of course. I eat plenty of whole grains, veggies, beans whole real foods. I'm very healthy and happy and do not want the health problems I know people who are only in their 50s have.

Will my face change if I gain weight?

Depends.Your face will look different when you put on fat weight.Fat will accumulate on your cheeks and jowls, blurring the edges of your jawline and making your cheekbones less defined than ever.Basically, your face’s outline will become rounder and rounder. You’ll look less like an adult and more like a baby (with acne and terrible skin).By current standards of beauty, such kind of a face is not appreciated, so you may have to decide. Here’s an example of Jared Leto intentionally gaining fat-weight to play Mark David Chapman, Lennon’s murderer:On the contrary, if you put on muscle weight, your face will show little to no difference.Muscle weight is what you call the weight of the extra mass you put on by developing muscles instead of fat.Unlike fat, muscles have spot-development: Meaning, if you only do bench presses, your pecs will blow up, but your abs will not develop. So, unless you find an activity that makes your cheek muscles work extensively, your cheeks and the rest of your facial muscles will not show much difference.

Will going to the gym help me gain weight?

First and foremost i want you to know running is not the activity you want to indulge yourself into. Running is a prescribed remedy for fat loss. Now that you already are 46 kgs, i don’t think you want to lose more pounds running. So chuck running out of your to do list for the next 6–9 months from your life (until you bulk up like the hulk..!!).Now, the important aspect that you want to know about is wether or not gym will help you to gain weight. Well it’s a 50–50 scenario. You may gain or you won’t. Gym only help you in breaking the muscle tissues that you wont be able to in your daily routine. In return you provide yourself with proteins, water and rest. This helps in creating a high muscle density which makes you look good. But the thing is that you don’t grow in gym. You grow outside it. Eating a healthy diet rich in protein is the key (4–5 meals per day). You being a 5′6″ have a slight advantage i.e you don’t need to aim for 16-17 inches arms for a bulky look. So It will be a benefit when you start bulking. Also according to your question you want to know is gym going to help you in gaining weight. Well, yes it will if you follow the rules and won’t cheat yourself. But gaining weight can be achieved through other processes, start eating as much as you can without going to gym and don’t indulge in any cardiovascular activity. You will gain weight but it will be mostly fats. It’s up to you now, what you want for your self and how you want to get there.

Will you lose weight or gain weight if you don’t eat for 3 days?

I very much respectfully disagree with most of the other answers and I’ll tell you why. But first, to answer your question, you will unequivocally, absolutely, always lose weight by not eating for two or three days. The part I disagree with is all this nonsense that it makes you sick, you’ll quickly gain weight afterwards etc. etc. It’s simply not true. If you attempt to fast for three days for your first fast ever, you’ll probably get dizzy, you’ll feel nauseous, you’ll feel anxious, uneasy, and you will probably fail because the hunger will be so overwhelming it will absolutely consume every ounce of brainpower you have. That’s how the body is designed and you will not have the tools to refocus your energy and succeed. But if you did, or if you worked hard to get to the point where you could focus on a task with all that hunger, it is more satisfying than any meal you’ve ever eaten. Fasting like this is a positive thing, I encourage people to try it and I roll my eyes at the graduates of higher education (probably) who throw around phrases like “crash diet” and “water weight” like they have any idea what they are talking about. If you fast for three days, beginning and ending on the scale, the number will be significantly lower. For me, a two hundred pound male, 11–14 pounds easy. If you guzzle a bottle of wine (~1.5lb) and a bag of Doritos (~1lb) and a rotisserie chicken (3.5lb) then you will weigh exactly 6lb more and you will feel sick and all the BS these people are telling you about.BUT, if instead you slowly takes sips of water and eat, slowly, 11 almonds, perhaps… those almonds will taste like nothing you’ve ever had before. The fats will explode across your tongue and the salt will bring pleasure like ecstasy. You’ll barely gain any weight back and, as you take a day to recover, you’ll find that your appetite is less, your focus is more finely tuned, your appreciation for food is maximized and your gratefulness is profound.OR, if your question was in reference to you being stranded on an island with no will-power involved and what amounts to a very simple, very shitty situation, then yes you’ll lose weight and it’s going to suck and you’ll feel none of the benefits of what I described above. Therein lies the difference between fasting and starving.

Can you get shorter by gaining weight?

I recommend buying gym equipment with weight resistance.
I use a bench press, but for you.... you should buy that big inflated ball grab some weights cross your arms and do sit ups on the ball.
