How Do I Get A Public Soccer Field In Made In My Town

What would you do if you live in a small town by the cemetery, and a neighbor loves to walk their dog on its leash across to the cemetery, before removing the leash, letting the dog run, and effectively turning the cemetery into a dog park?

I don’t understand what’s wrong so long as they pick up the poo . It’s not disrespectful, they are going at night . They may even have a relative buried there . A cemetery is a lovely place , it’s peaceful and beautiful. Wild life will visit it anyway .It may not just be for a dog walk that they go for but as a place to think and take solace from . Also if they go regularly they will be a deterrent to graffiti artists or vandals . Personally l believe that death is the end but if it isn’t l’d loved to be visited by a dog every night . Enjoy your cemetery it’s for everyone and keep it open to all who need it , dead or alive .

Home school vs Public School?

OK. I have 3 little boys... I'm really debating if I want to home school them or send them to public school.I only work part time so I have the time and the resources to home school, I just don't want them to miss out on anything. And I only have my GED - so will that hold them back in their futures, because I wasn't educated enough? Please no rude/mean comments..I'm honestly struggling.. I'd just like to hear some different prospectives on this - to help me make this big decision.

What do you think of your hometown that you grew up in compared to what it is like now? Could you or would you still like to live there?

Thanks for the A2A.I grew up in a small seaside town in SW Wales and though it was small it was pretty busy with small, family owned shops and a lot of pubs/bars as there were a few oil refineries and a power station in the area, employing people directly and indirectly.Every day was an adventure when I was young, fishing, cycling along the coast roads, playing football/soccer, walking through the local woods or going to the beach.I moved away when I was 18 to join the RAF, occasionally returning for a weeks leave and even then I noticed the changes. Two of the refineries and the power station closed, causing massive unemployment in the area, shops and bars closed down because of lack of customers. The local quarry, BMX track and gorse land 100 metres from my home, were filled in or bulldozed to make way for a supermarket. we now have four, causing more local shops to close, the town centre now consists of charity shops, hairdressers, cheap booze shops and betting shops.Houses have been built on many of the places I used to play and other places kids are no longer allowed to go, my town is a fraction of its former self. The only thing the same now is all the litter, broken glass and dog crap around town, since council cuts, the town looks like a dump now.I moved back home, after being medically discharged in 2007, so I have seen at first hand the demise of my town.In the past hundreds of Royal Navy ships were built here including five Royal yachts, even the bloody Millennium Falcon was built in my home town. Now? people just drive through it going to and from the Irish ferry which uses my town as a port, and throw their litter from the car as they pass through.A gun tower built to defend the Dockyard.Slipway used to fit out ships, the large hangar was used by Sunderland flying boats, in WWII it was the largest sea plane base in the world. The hangar was where the Millennium Falcon was built, the large building on top of the hill is one of the army barracks built to defend the town.Aerial view of the dockyard as it is today, the ferry is in port as you can see.

Should I keep my children in a Montessori school?

I normally never answer featured questions but this will be my only exception, as I attended a Montessori school myself.
It actually was one of the first ones here and considered ideal for every child, all parents wished they could send their kids there.
However, I believe that Montessori schools don't suite to all students, especially nowadays that the system is not the way it used to be and it's mostly the name making the difference from other private or public schools.
Personally, I liked the way the Montessori school worked but when finally finished, I couldn't adjust to a whole new idea of learning and ended up being the worst studend. Needless to say, I didn't even attend college as I merely passed highschool. Maybe the system wasn't for me or I was just too stupid but there were more people who had the same problem.
Of course, lots of others have a successful career nowadays and Montessori school helped them in many ways but you'd better introduce your kids to the "traditional" way of teaching just in case.
Best of luck with you :)

Whats Poznan like?.......?

Hey, Iv been waiting for this question for sooo long!

I just got accepted into Poznan Univeristy of Medical Sciences and I went there for my interview for all of December 2008. And being my first time in Poznan..or Poland for that matter...its a breath taking city. I wanted to try the day i was flying out back to Toronto. Im glad i got accepted.

Now for the soccer, I asked my boyfriend who lives in Poznan, hes also in Med school there - he says that all of Poland is crazy about soccer but its more calm then it was before. And Poland has one of the craziest hooli's then any other country in Europe...yes worse then England. There's a documentary about it in english but I dont have the name sorry.

Things i loved about Poznan was basically the scenery. its a clean city and i see many happy families there. Clubs are great and music too. Street cars are very cheap..only 50 cents. One con i found is people who have dogs, dont clean up their poo and dogs take a poo on the side walk..considering theres not much grass there and they dont pick it up. I guess thers no law for that. So i always had to watch my step where i walked to make sure i dont get poop on my boots but its not that big of a deal. The mall is one of the biggest and best commercial malls. It was awarded best commerical mall in 2005.

Oh and every town has their own soccer team and they wear their names proudly. If you go into a differnt town wearing your soccer team, thers bound to start a fight. Thats something i learnt when i was in Lublin for a night. Poland takes their soccer seriously.

Anyways i can go on talking forever bout this city but its deffinatly worth going to see.

Enjoy
