My parents are forcing me to play the flute and I hate it!!!?
In 3rd grade my parents made me play an instrument but I got to choose but I had no interest in any instrument whatsoever so I just decided to play the Flute like oh whatever it seems easy. But Now I have been playing for 6 years and I absolutely hate it. If I could I would break it into pieces. I told my parents for 2 years that I hate it and I don't understand why you would waste your money to pay for lessons when I hate it so much and I don't even practice. I'm at a point where I am so upset I could cry. You may think that I'm being over dramatic but I'm just so frustrated cause my parents don't understand how much I hate it. Whenever I tell them they say stuff like well I don't like when you do this stuff blah blah but you still do it. How do I convince my parents that I really don't want to keep going with this instrument and how they're just wasting money by spending money on something I have no interest at all. Can I refuse to clean human waste at work?
So I work in a grocery store and I'm a minor (17). The past few days I've worked there someone pooped on the floor, **** in a urinal and it smeared halfway across the bathroom, and another vomited in the bathroom. We've had people wipe **** on the walls and other human waste issues with our restrooms. Can my managers really force me to clean those things or do I have grounds to refuse on?
What does school REALLY teach us?
Before you say "It teaches us how to learn" lets think a little. If school really teaches us how to learn, then why doesn't it do just that? Instead, it teaches us WHAT to learn. Our whole grades, and so our future, are dependent upon what we learned, not HOW we learned it. Does school actually just teach us how to comply and conform to our government instead? Think about it... We are taught to do what we are told in school. If a person doesn't do what they are told, they fail. A person who fails in school is then held back from society when they get older. So if you have a person who follows all the rules in school, and does what they are told even if they don't want to, they will make it further in life, having more opportunity, and influence in society and government. From before we are even old enough to form our own opinions we are forced into the school system, and forced nationalism having to recite the Pledge of Allegiance everyday. Now I'm not saying school is SO horrible, it does teach some good things: social skills, basic math, reading, writing... But I just think the people many many many years ago were much smarter, learning from watching the world around them.. What do you think? What does school Really teach us?

Am I a bad person? A good friend made me kiss him (he knew I didn't want to) and I felt so violated, I've been thinking, I don't want him as a friend any more. Does that mean I'm a bad person?
