How Do I Get Fit Any Fitness Routines

Can kids join Anytime Fitness?

I am 17 and I'm looking for a decently priced gym. Anytime Fitness seems to fit my schedule and budget. Does anybody know if I would be allowed to have a membership since I'm only 17? My parents would be able to sign any forms or whatever, but they wouldn't be going there with me every time I workout. Thanks!

Workout-getting fit?

I am 15 year old boy, that is 150 and 5'6. I have run 5 days in a row and i do 50 push ups, and ab workout every night. I havnt seen any changes in my body yet though. Right now my goal is to lose body fat( i have a little chubbyness on me) and then I want to weight train for football and wrestling. How long will It take before I see changes, and what else do I need to do?

Equestrian fitness advice?

well, it depends on how much riding your doing, what type and what level. Of course, everyone who rides should be fit enough to look after themselves and thier mount when riding.

I workout 1-2 times per week through the Nike Fitness Training Club app on my phone, each workout is from 30 mins - 1 hour long, and focuses on getting lean, getting toned and getting strong. I do mainly lean ones as it focuses alot on core strength which is a main muscle when riding and for getting that sit trot perfected.

I drink alot of water, well everybody should anyway, but its the worst thing when your riding and are really thirsty. I also keep to a high protein diet to keep lean but build correct muscle just like my horses :D

How to get a fit body without going to the gym?

So firstly let me say there is no gym in my city, and after a long day of work I really don't want to travel to another city to workout. So, is it possible to get a nice body just working out at home without any equipment? I really wanna do this, and unfortunately I don't have a lot of room to buy workout stuff since I live in a small place.

As far as diet, I was thinking of basic low carb one. Boiled eggs, vegetables, Lean meat, Plain Chicken, and of course fish, and pretty much nothing but water.

I want that flirty girl fitness...?

Is my workout routine effective?

I'm a beginner to working out and am not very fit. I have never had any physical training of any sort so I'm really skinny and its seems to be very hard to gain muscle. I'm 19 years old, 5'11 and only weigh 130... So I decided to buy supplements with my routine. Basically my routine is currently:

DB curls - 4x10 each arm
DB Advance - 4x10 each arm
DB Bench - 4x10
EZ bar curls - 3x10
Then I work with a Thigh machine - 4x10
Calf machine pushes - 4x10
Chest machine - 4x10
Ab machine - 4x10

After my routine I take some creative and protein and I'm done for the day... Only problem is I'm left with only a VERY slight ache and the only real pain I get is around the last set of each exercise then it quickly goes away... So my question is, is this a effective routine or can I do something to speed the muscle gaining process? Thank You!
