How Do I Get Rid Of A Small Mid Section

How to get rid of belly fat?

Eat a very healthy diet. Go for a brisk 45 minute walk twice a day if you can, everyday. Climb lots of stairs. Drink plenty of water. If at all possible start a weight lifting/strength training program at a gym and get some instruction from the gym trainer. But you can also start a program at home using household objects for weights and also by doing exercises that use your own body weight - push ups, squats, lunges, dips, planks, etc. Use google to your advantage and learn about these exercises. It will work.

How to get rid of an hourglass figure - Male?

Well it sounds like you have a female figure but actually this is a good combination for a very masculine figure too. Work on your shoulders and back, even your chest. Build those areas up and your hour glass shape will go into the classic triangle shape that Arnold Schwarzenegger and other greek type of bodies had. That's the way to beat the genetic cards you were given.

Do I really have to run on the elliptical to burn fat off my midsection, or just eat small healthy meals?

I'm very thin and I have started the past three weeks eating very healthy, I've lost about 9 llbs (119 down to 111) - I am not an adult quite yet by the way. i've always eaten small meals all through each day but I have had a tendency to snack on unhealthy things like chips and other greasy food, oh and especially white bread! I know that's goes straight to your tummy.....

I have very strong abdominals underneath the inch of fat I can squeeze on my belly because because I do a lot of crunches and other ab exercises. I want to get rid of the layer of fatness so people can really see it! AND take the love handles away..

I drink water with flax in the morning with a multivitamin, then I have eggs and usually eat a healthy dinner with meat in it. I never eat that much, and i don't have cravings anymore because I think of ways to keep myself occupied. I have a healthy snack with crisp rybread maybe with a mild cheese for example> and other things every hour and a half or two. Fruits, vegetables, beef (sometimes), chicken mostly are two of the things that are in my dinner every day.

How can I get rid of my extra fat in my midsection in a healthy way?

A fat mid-section might be a bit more than just a bad look. It could be indicative of fatty liver and perhaps other conditions. So, first and foremost, please visit a competent physician to make sure that you get a medical opinion from him about how your health. Then, start asking yourself why a fat mid-section is a bother to you, and what you might be prepared to do to get rid of it. If you don’t have the commitment to stay the course, you may be better off getting used to a fat mid-section.Then, start by investigating your habits - how much sleep you get in 24 hours, how much food you eat and how many times in a day, what your snacking habits are, what sort of foods do you eat, how much water you drink in a day, what level of exercise (if any) do you get in a 24- hr period, how much time do you spend outdoors and away from a screen (TV, computer, laptop, mobile phone, tablet).Once you have a good picture of your present situation, see what improvements you can make in your day to help reduce calorie intake, help increase exercise, help increase water intake and help increase sleep. These four things will help you reduce your mid-section. Set an achievable goal (e.g. 5% reduction in everything within the first 8 weeks), and monitor/track your progress. If you keep up with this regimen, and start reading about healthy living and putting things to practice to the best of your ability, your fat mid-section will be a faint memory in 18 months. You will also save money on food and snacks, doctors bills and medicines.

East Texas Snake Identification?

This snake was small, approx 12 inches long, sort of flat body at midsection, with a base color of light/medium gray on it's upper side, and
two rows of black spots/blotches approx 1/4 inch dia along it's length,
tail to neck area. Spots were about evenly spaced fore and aft and side to
to side along either side of it's back. Now then...when gently nudging it
with a slender stick it's head flattened out from a sleek triangular nose
to a flat, almost indistinguishable, shovel like snout. Very obvious when it
flattened it's head was a yellow cross from atop it's head back to the neck
area....The elongated and cross strip of the cross was approx 1/4 inch wide, with the elongated strip approx 1 inch running with the length of the
snake and the cross strip approx 5/8 inch across the base of it's head.
It seemed very non-agressive and only flattened it's head when bothered
agitated. When slithering away it was a sleek little head again...This is the first time I've seen one like this here in East Texas. I have searched several data bases and can find no match...picture or description. Help??
