How Do I Get To Vaughn Mills Without Paying The Extra Fare In Toronto

How can I get an "emergency passport" from Scarborough Town Centre?

The only place that provides 24 hour passport service in Toronto is the Passport Canada office located at 74 Victoria Street, Suite 300, Toronto ON.
To obtain urgent or express pick-up service, you must apply in person at a Passport Canada office and you may be required to provide proof of travel. Passport Canada will take appropriate action on a case-by-case basis.
Some examples of proof of travel are:
• an airline, bus or train ticket;
• a travel itinerary showing proof of payment;
• a written statement, if traveling by car (the validation of the statement is at the Passport Officer's discretion).

What are the fun things to do in Toronto?

Keep an eye on the events, music, movie, dance, and theatre pages of the weekly magazines (NOW, Grid TO). No matter which two months you're here, you'll overlap with several local festivals. Some are neighbourhood-focused, others culture-focused. The spring, summer, and fall festivals often have major outdoor components that are free — participatory art, film screenings, concerts, and the like. Some have parades. Since you write this in the fall:Most of the local farmers' markets shut down mid-autumn, which means that St.Lawrence Market gets busy. It's worth a visit any time, but especially on the weekend. Do grab a backbacon-on-a-bun while you're there — it's local food. For about two weeks in early November, you can hit the Royal Winter Fair. It's both a serious agriculture fair and a horse show. Ticketed horse show events often sell quickly, and depending on your seats, you may need formal dress. The backbacon-on-a-bun is pretty good, of course. And they have Tiny Tom donuts, another local thing (though when I was in Southend-on-Sea, the seaside donuts were the same thing). Check the schedule ahead of time: if you prefer cows, for example, you'll want to be there at a different time than if you're extra keen on pigs. Remembrance Day is observed in Canada on November 11, including at many places in the city. (That includes at the Royal Winter Fair.) There are a few Remembrance Sunday events as well, including the 48th Highlanders service outside at Queen's Park. The Santa Claus parade late autumn is a pretty big one. You'll need to get there early to snag a good spot, no matter where you are on the very long route.
