What are some ways to increase writing speed?
Always join all the Alphabets in English Language because “lesser the pen lifts, faster the writing will be”. Use pens which you are comfortable with – Do not use new pens on the day of the Exams, since you would have adjusted to the width and length of the pen while holding it. Do not press the pen heavily on the paper – this will take lots of your energy to write and will make you exhausted and lessen your speed of writing.Just a quick note to those devoted to ballpoints: You will find it more difficult to find a ballpoint pen that is superbly comfortable because:Ballpoints require more pressure by designA lot of them are cheaply madeThey’re just not as nice to use as fountain pens. The Pursuit Of Perfect GripAsk a hundred people to show you the best way to hold a pen, and they’ll demonstrate a hundred different ways to hold one. There is no “holy grail” way to hold pens, but there are definitely a lot of bad ways to do it. Let’s make a list, shall we?This grip makes your hand look like it’s trying to swallow your pen, with all three fingers bent inwards and a huge amount of pressure being put on the pen. Stop it.grip involves strangling your pen by wrapping your thumb around your pointer and middle fingers. Never do this.Don’t pretend like your pointer and middle fingers are sewn together. Your ring and pinky fingers should also be tucked away when you hold your pen properly, don’t let those rascals get involved. This grip CAN work for some people so if you already hold your pen this way and it’s comfortable then go for it, but I don’t recommend changing your grip to this one.Have A proper posture.Pen Myths and You :The grip section matters : Not ReallyFountain pens are hard to use. : No!! Be aware of the fact that our brain will recollect the answers for a particular question very quickly, but our hand will not move that much faster to write on the paper equivalent to the speed of our brain. So do not hurry in a panic while writing the answers.Hope it helps!! happy writing.
How do I increase my sprinting speed?
I sprint 100m and 200m for track. I know about lifting my knees high, running on my toes, moving my arms and keeping my fists loose and all but I'm still not as fast as I want to be. My coach always tells us that a good start helps with your speed but whenever I run, I start fast then I get slower. During the 100's, I just sprint that at the same speed...it's not too bad but still not as fast as I should be sprinting. When I do the 200 I start fast then I get slower and everyone gets in front of me. My coach tells us that we should get faster if we start good. I run out of breath quickly too and running on my toes starts bothering me which makes me even slower. (I have flat arches but I have supports for them) How can I increase my speed and endurance?
What is the best way to increase my copy writing speed?
Try the Pomodoro technique. Use a timer (Tomato Timer) is perfect and easy. The timer goes for 25 minutes, and you do just what you're setting out to do - write. At the end of every 25 minutes, take a short 5 minute break to do something else. Repeat. At the end of 4-5x 25 minute sessions, take a longer break. With big name fans of this time management and productivity technique, it's definitely worth a try. Where you find yourself getting stuck - just write. Write even if you get stuck and are sure that you'll need to edit heavily. Train yourself to work at this pace and soon it'll become the norm for you to be producing powerful results at a faster pace.
How can I increase my writing speed to double in 4 months?
I would have said - by practicing. But now, I really doubt that word because everytime one starts writing, there's a whole new idea to work on.I don't know if you want to write your ideas or copy down stuff you've already read. If it's the latter, practicing is the only option. If it's the former, I would like to ask you why do you want to increase your wring speed? If you start writing fast at a go, you won't be able to understand the plot thoroughly and at one time, you'll get stuck. If you don't get stuck, you won't feel satisfied after writing.Still if you want to write fast, mainly to save time, I reckon you should first find if you are more comfortable with keypad/ keyboard or pen. Try out the three and find your zone.If it's the pen, choose a pen that works smoothly and has a good grip. Also, use thick sheets to write on. If it's the keypad/keyboard, download a more wide letter keyboard from the play store. ( I recommend Kika emoji pro ). Autocorrect and predictions help. This would save a maximum of your 1 minute. As for me, I guess that makes no difference. Now, because you have 4 months, I recommend you to practice writing at least 1 hour in stretch everyday. Write slowly and analyse the worlds fast. Do this for 2 months. By that time, you'll have a good concentration while writing. Other 2 months, just try to write as fast as possible but with same concentration. Don't ever lose the concentration. Also, think what you're going to write before you start writing. Make a rough plan of all the paragraphs. Trust me, this helps a lot.یقین / Believe
How to increase my reading speed?
They say the average person can read 250 words per minute (wpm). I am in my mid 20s and the last time I checked my speed (just once) was about 130 wpm. Yes, its quite low. Might be because i suck at reading, comprehension, or i might just be stupid (this is probably it). But still, I believe there are ways to actually train myself to increase my reading and comprehension speed/ability. I would like to be one of those people who can read 1000-2000 words per minute with pretty good comprehension too. Please help me achieve this. FYI, I have always disliked reading...probably the reason why my reading speed is so slow. Ever since I was young, I have always avoided reading. From books in english (used cliffnotes/sparknotes or even watched movies of books lol) to textbooks in other classes (asked friends what the topics was about or watched videos online which explained the material). Not to say I would NEVER read, but I would just try to avoid it. Please help! Thanks.
How to increase punching power and speed?
Ryan ~ There's three things that you should incorporate into your normal workout schedule that should help with your speed and power. My Brother Brad has tried what I'm writing to you and he felt every bit of it. Get yourself one of those rubber weighted medicine balls around five pounds. Take the ball with both hands extend your arms all the way over your head and slam it to the ground as hard as possible. The ball will bounce a little. Grab it at your waist height and repeat. The key is to do this as fast as you can over three minutes with a one minute rest. You should do this for five rounds and increase as it gets easier (not) With the same ball lay flat on your back. Balance the ball with both of your hands but keeping all of the weight on one hand bring the ball down to your chest level then push the ball off of you and toss it as high as you possibly can catch and repeat. Remember to do this as fast as you can over 5 three minute rounds with a minute rest. Increase as the rounds get easier. Get yourself a old basketball. Get in the push up position. Put both of your hands on the basketball and do pushups off the ball. After the first set of 25 spred your legs about shoulder width apart and do 25 more reps. Once your done with those 25 go back to your feet together and repeat until you have four sets. Increase as they get easier. I hope this works for you Ryan. Good luck and thanks for the question.
