I confirm, following extensive checking a couple of weeks ago, that NO WAY can a Mac YM user use voice. :-(( Apart from waiting for a new version from Yahoo (your guess as good as mine, but don't hold your breath!) I think your best option might be http://www.skype.com - where voice is fine for Mac OR PC.

There's absolutely no difference between voicebanks for PC UTAU and UTAU-Synth! :D They work on both. You'll first need to download "The Unarchiver" for Mac. It's free and you need to set it to your default, since if you use Archive Utility or UnrarX to unzip voicebanks you'll just get a bunch of gibberish filenames that won't work. I find Windows so much slower and clunkier to use. Just doing simple things seems to take far longer. Dealing with network settings involves far more clicks and everything is far less intuitive.I have run anti virus on my Macs but since all I have every found is frequent virus warning about PC viruses in emails yet there have never been (on my emails) any Mac Malware. I have stopped even using Anti virus.Windows (folders etc, not the Operating system) open quicker on a Mac, apps seem to multi task better. One reason for the poor take up of Macs in big businesses is that IT departments make most of the IT decisions. When companies move to Macs, they generally have use for far less IT staff, so this staff are not keen on Macs!
