You can either start by joining content mills or cold emailing and cold calling.However, I have found that the beat way to launch your freelance writing career is starting a professional business from the word go.That means starting with a website or blog and a professional email: sample@mydomain.com, and posting valuable content there. If there is value for readers, or engagement, then you have a market.You could also start with a free WordPress blog, but there are limitations with a free site.

How can I start a part time career as a freelance resume writer with little experience?
Many of the large resume mills (all those $99 resume websites, there are 100's) will hire freelance writers regardless of their experience, or writing skills. They pay you around $25 per resume, and that is shockingly low for the amount of time that *should* go into writing that critial document. You could also go the Fiverr route, at $5 a gig.However, I would suggest that you actually gain the skills/knowledge necessary to write powerful, job-winning resumes. There are several good courses out there designed to teach you the basics. The industry gold-standard (that will not only get you up to speed, but writing fabulous, high-dollar documents) is Resume writing training program and resume writing certification the Resume Writing Academy Then, I would pursue certification of some sort - CPRW is the most common, but there are many others.
