firstly, not eating, worst idea ever. When you do finally eat your body will retain as much fat as it can if you haven't been eating. Make sure to only eat when your hungry, if your looking for food think to yourslef "am i hungry? or just bored?" Also, good for you dancing, thats a great way to keep in shape, do lots of dance warm ups at home. im a little over weight too and i was when i was dancing 6 days a week. i lost lots of weight when i began doing my whole dance routine at home as well as at class. And lastly, water! Drink ltos and lots and lots of water! I lost 20lbs in a few months with just water. I drank it any time i was bored and watned a snack. it would fill me up if i drank enough so i wouldn't have room to munch. Also drink a cup of water after every time you go to the bathroom. it will keep you hydrated, flush your system of impurities and help you lose the weight. Nothings better for you than water. Also, when you do eat. put down your fork in between each bite. chew your food and swallow it before picking up your fork again. if you do that you will eat slower and notice your full sooner than if you eat fast. I don't care if it's an unhealthy way. I need to lose 20 pounds in two weeks. I don't have any time for excercising and I do eat healthy. I don't eat a lot either. Please no answers saying excercise and eat healthy. I also do not want to go anorexic. Just let me know how I can drop the weight fast. I really don't care if it's in an unhealthy way.
