Is it illegal to draw child pornography?

It depends on where you are at. In some countries, any depiction of children in a sexual manner is considered child pornography this includes simulated sex as one would find in paintings, drawings or computer generated images.

In the U.S., child pornography is both a federal crime and a state crime. Federal law defines child pornography as a visual depiction of a child under the age of 18 engaged in a sex act including intercourse and oral sex. Also, any depiction of a child's genitalia with the child in a lascivious act is considered child porn even if the genitalia is covered.

Mere nudity of children is not usually considered child pornography. A parent who takes a picture of her child taking a bath because she thinks her child has a "cute little baby butt" is not guilty of child pornography. Nor is a child in a Naturist magazine (ie National Geographic).

However, if you draw the child in a lasciviousmanner, it is considered child pornography.

Is Mayday Air Crash Investigation realistic?

I have been a massive fan of this show since a decade now, and I have watched every single episode. The facts that they put out in the show - the technical details, details about the aircraft and the causes of the crash - are always on point. They dwell deep into the subject and give a detailed analysis of the event that took place.Having said that, you cannot call it 100% realistic. However, it does come close - as much as it can.The show is aired on TV - which is supposed to be more entertaining than informative. Sure, it is telecast on a channel that is supposed to impart knowledge, but it carries a little bit of entertainment, too.An aircraft crash that is portrayed as accurate as it could get would be a disaster for television. It would be ultimately boring, and would find very few viewers. That is not what the makers and the channel would want.As their disclaimer says - this is a dramatic reenactment of the events that happened.I would say, don’t get into the details - just watch the show for how it is, be amazed, and entertained.Cheers!

If you "DON'T" watch anime or are "NOT" an anime fan, then why not?

For the record, this is a question meant exclusively for NON-anime fans to answer. The point of me asking is so I can get a clear, "DETAILED" understanding of what makes anime unappealing to many people. What I DON'T need is hardcore anime fans like myself explain WHY they like anime, WHY they think anime is better than all entertainment and what THEY think are the reasons some people aren't into anime. I simple google search for "you do many people not like anime" and easily, I will find many sources from various websites where ONLY hardcore anime fans giving their BIASED opinions. So if you're an anime fan and you want to give your personal thoughts, I appreciate the attention, but that would completely ruin the point of me asking the question.

With all of that being said, to anyone who doesn't watch anime or is not a fan of the medium, I would appreciate it if you SPECIFICALLY answered the following questions as DESCRIPTIVELY as possible:

1) What are all the things and traits about anime that doesn't appeal to you or disinterest you based on what you've seen?

2) If you can recall, can you name or describe what types of anime shows you have seen and how you saw them (if you've seen anime of course)?

3) What do you like to more of or less of in anime that could make it more appealing to you exactly?

4) What kind of TV programs do you like to watch instead of anime and why (ex.: sports programs, prime time drama shows, prime time sitcoms, teen sitcoms, American animation, talk shows, reality shows, reality competition shows, etc.)?

5) What is your honest, personal opinion of anime fans and their attitudes and how they go around their hobbies?

6) What is your age and gender?
____________________________
Now I'll say it again, I am NOT asking for an passionate anime fan's response. That's not who I'm targeting this question to. Also, I want you to answer all of my above questions and strictly AVOID brief, one-liner, vague, off-topic questions, PLEASE!! I would really appreciate it if you do that.

What would a more realistic (i.e. scientifically possible) zombie outbreak/apocalypse look like?

The closest thing to a zombie would be somebody in the later stages of rabies, when a person will bite. But I have never heard of somebody running lose and biting with rabies. They end up in the hospital before they get that bad. Once diagnosed, they are restrained and never get a chance to bite anybody. There has been talk that a malevolent government could cross rabies with a strain of flu. There was even documentary about this on the National Geographic Channel, The Truth Behind Zombies. This won’t happen naturally, unrelated viruses don’t swap DNA, so bird flu won’t recombine with rabies. But a government thinking of such a thing would need to vacinate its own population for this before releasing it on the rest of the world. This would make news. By the time cases of the rabies flu are presenting themselves, the rest of the world would have figured out where it comes frome.A virus for rabies flu would require a lot of infected people sent out to spread it. The carriers might infect entire airliners with it, and the passengers would have a head start in spreading it through ports of entry. But it would be discovered soon enough that it could be dealt with.
