So if you feel sleepy all the time, it's a matter of great concern.But you can follow some basic and simple techniques and some, you should include in your daily life.These are :-Meditate in the morning.Take tea or coffee in some interval of time approximately after 5-6 hrs.Stretch your body when you are working on PC or when sitting on chair.Stay connected to your friends and family members so you don't feel bored.Wash your hands and gave and some other body parts so you feel fresh.Early to bed early to rise, this motto should be adapted.Take a good nap of 6-7 hours at night. The nap should be continuous without even a single break. For this you should sleep on a proper and conformable bed.Balanced diet should be taken.Be happy and without stress. Because stress makes your brain tired and you feel sleepy.Keep your house properly ventilated.But if you are doing these activities and even you feel sleepy you should contact a doctor.

How to make yourself sleepy?

To sleep better just relax and switch off, if you can.

If you are having trouble switching off at bedtime some light exercise (for example, push ups or sit ups) at bedtime often helps you to relax, unwind and switch off and that often improves your sleep. Strenuous exercise at bedtime is likely to ruin your sleep.

Common sleep aids include warm milk, Chamomile tea, 5-HTP, Melatonin and Valerian.

So, if you asked this question means you sleep more than required and you want to change it..one good thing is you are ready for change..So you have taken the first step..Now I would like to tell you one of my friend’s story..there was a time when she used to sleep alot..or you can say if someone would have asked her to sleep for 18–20 hours also it is fine and very good thing for her..almost you can say few days were really like that she wake up for natures call and to fill her stomach.There were few things which were making her sleep more were:Not taking bath everyday..it is must to purify your body everyday.sleeping at wrong time..few days were like she wake up whole night and sleep whole day..which at last result into over sleep of day and night.do something to fulfill your soul toodo things which you are passionate about..like few days she was waking up very long only to watch moviesI know something was bothering her..little bit depressed because of something which was also making her sleep more.she was less social..So, I advice go make few new friends..not very close but then alsoShe was not doing things which she likes..she was not studying the subjects of her choice but pursuing the course of her family’s choice..so losing interest each and everyday…she prefer to sleep than to attend classes.misses her family alot..it is must to be in touch with your family…it will motivate you and keep you grounded as wellnow is the time of internet..find the things which attract you or learn something new..lots of options and things are out there..find your part..All the best..I know you can overcome anything if you have strong will to change it :)

Why does starving myself make me sleepy all day?

I am a teenage girl,17,and probably 5'3,at a weight of 120 pounds.I am fat generally,but my tummy is small,I have a cute round ***,my thighs are getting skinny,blah blah blah.The thing is,I've been trying to lose some weight(30 pounds) so i can be less than 100(b around 95) by the time school begins by the end of August.So,i starve myself.I hate my weight.Like i love my body,my hipbones show,and I can feel my ribs which makes me happy,and i'm starting to get a gap in between my thighs,but i hate the fact that I feel sleepy ALL THE TIME.This is just sooooooo annoying.Anyone starve themselves out there?Tell me how you still stay "sober'LOL because i want to do this,and i know some people have been able yo starve themselves successfully.Also,plese don't give me advice like "OmG stop starving....you will die,blah blah blah",because i've set my mind to actually do this.Please help.Thank you!<3

How do you make yourself fall asleep?

I've had alot of trouble trying to go to sleep at night. The bags under my eyes are getting deeper and darker. I feel sick. Finals are next week and I need some rest! Does anyone have any ideas, that would help me get 7-9 hours of sleep.
