How Do I Open An Dui School Business In Georgia

Can a cop really give you a DUI for sleeping in your car while intoxicated?

Yes, but that does not mean police can approach anyone who is sleeping in a car, wake them up and then arrest them. Those who are lawfully parked, engine off, and are not exhibiting any signs that they are in medical distress will have many defenses to the DUI charge even if arrested. That is because of the Fourth Amendment. Police must have a lawful basis to believe a person is committing a crime (or perhaps in medical distress under the community caretaker doctrine) in order to detain them and initiate a criminal DUI investigation. For example, if the officer knocks on the window and directs the person to roll their window down, then that may be considered a seizure and therefore any subsequent evidence obtained could be suppressed or considered inadmissible. However, those unlawfully parked, or who fall asleep in a drive thru line are most susceptible to a DUI arrest even if they are not actually driving the car. If you are going to truly try and sleep it off, it’s best to toss the keys in the trunk, turn the engine off and hop in the back seat and lay down. Otherwise, get a room. Army airborne School...Whats the hardest part?

There really isn't any part of jump school that is technically hard. The worst part is learning how to fall, keeping your feet and knees together, and dealing with a bunch of ego tripping Black Hats (instructors). Jump school was designed for any soldier from any walk of life to make it thru. Meaning, some of the dumbest people I have ever met finished jump school.

By the time you get to jump week you'll just be so glad to be done with all the stupid crap that jumping out of the plane will seem like nothing.

I also hate to burst your bubble kid but jumping isn't all that great either. Anyone who tells you it's great is lying and they are making more out of it than it really is.

Double fines on holidays?

Hello David. I am in Ohio (Cleveland) and I have to admit that I havent heard of that VTL either. Double fines for school and road work zones, but that was all I am aware of.

At any rate, look on the back of the citation. It will have a phone number to the Clerk of Courts. Call that number after 8 am on a weekday ( remember this Monday is a holiday and they wont be open), give them the citation number and they will tell you exactly what the fine is.

Best of luck and I hope this is useful to you

How long should I wait for the mos I want to open?

not your call. you can only be in DEP 12 months. many recruiters are being instructed to drop anyone who repeatedly refuses to choose an MOS at MEPS. you can expect to return once, maybe twice. if you turn down another offer there will NOT be a third trip.

do you even qualify for the ones you want? if not there is no waiting around, period, you will not get it. if you do, then only the needs of the Army matter, and if they do not have an opening within the next year, you will not be getting it.

Can a cop sit on private property and get me for speeding?

In a quick simple answer, YES if they have permission of owner. I was begged by people to use their driveway, property etc to get better hidden spot to enforce issues. Usually if you live on a long cross street and cars are doing 50+ in a 30 those residents get upset. I'd never tell speeder I stopped why I was there, but YES!Best wishes.

DUI Punishment too harsh?

People die all the time and people shouldn't be punished on what if's. Let's all sue Mickey D's because they feeding us junk food which is slowly killing us. Let's arrest poor people because the odds of them doing drugs is inevitable. We should punish people on what they do, not what if's. My point was exactly that, the initial judge should just order an interlock device installed for a couple of years. However the dumb a**hole was that said they're easy to go around has never had one on their car. I'm going to carry a little kid around with me to blow in the device when it goes off every 15 minutes? Huh? I'm going to let my friend blow in it? Huh? If I had a sober friend he would be doing the driving. That's not the way they work. I have to blow in it quite long, plus it continues to go off while you're driving. I never drank and drove once with the interlock on my car. If I wanted to drink I caught a cab. eEected officials make all the punishment in order make money for themselves!

Is it legal to drink alcohol while in an RV?

It depends. If the RV is parked in a campground, a park on private property or at a private home, then it is considered to be a “domicile” and not a vehicle, rendering open container laws irrelevant. You can drink in the RV as long as you are not the driver and you have no plans on driving the vehicle while or shortly after drinking. If the RV is traveling on the road, then open container laws apply to not only the driver, but to the passengers as well. However, it is rare that a traffic stop will result in passengers being cited or being arrested while imbibing as that would require consent to search the RV and that is not often given. An exception to permission being given for searches is when the driver is going to camp on public lands. Then the ranger or law enforcement can demand to inspect your RV and they may cite or arrest someone who is violation of alcohol laws. Refrigerated alcohol, even in open containers, will be treated differently than open containers found on tables, benches or sleeping areas of an RV.
