Do nothing. There are many people out there who wouldn’t buy your game anyway. At least you got some publicity with them now, and they just might buy your other games later when they grow up, start earning money or credit cards will become better supported in their country.Also, some may download it for free in the pirated version, and if they like it, the will buy it from the official source like Steam. I wonder why so few games have demo versions nowadays. Having a demo would discourage many from pirating because no one wants to get clandestine bitcoin miners on their PC. I know Steam has refunds now but they are still too cumbersome and have too strict limits. Make a demo of your game (not too many levels there, but also not too few) and put it on Steam next to the game itself.
