How Do I Put E Mails I Wish To Print To Disc

MRI results mild disc space narrowing and disc desiccation of L2-L3, L3-L4,L5-S1,neural foraminal narr. what?

I have done it all to get rid of the back pain. My employment is a big factor, 23 years of repetitive motion and having to lift 70 lbs. I am 52 yrs old and currently off work. My employer is now considering a fit for duty examination. The pain is so bad I really am at my wits end and am considering disability retirement. I am not sure if I am up to the fight that may be accompanied with this (early retirement). I get from 1 to 3 hrs of sleep a nite because I wake up in pain and numbness. I cannot even roll over in bed. While standing I average about 5 minutes before numbness sets in my legs and buttocks, so I sit, after sitting for around 5 minutes sharp pains then shoot in my lower back so then I have to get up, the whole process starts over and that is the extent of my day. This is also verified by my latest physical therapist. All my procedures had to be interrupted by 5-10 minute intervals so I could move and get the pain and numbness to move. But the last thing now is seeing a nerosurgeon. Can this procedure take away the facet and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy, neural foraminal narrowing, diffuse disc buldge, bilateral facet hypertrophy? All affected areas are from L2 to S1 with each section being from mild to moderate. Any explanation as to what is going on with my back and what may be expected in my future would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

How do you print photos from an iPhone at Walmart?

I actually troubleshoot these kiosks for a living. There are two ways to do so. You can download the free Walmart FujiFilm Kiosk application from the App Store, preload the pictures you want to print and then use the local Wifi connection to send the images wirelessly. You can also use the usb slot and upload your pictures directly. This will only work with the images that are currently resident on the phone itself. The above method will pull images from you ICloud and make them available.

How do you print out pictures at Walmart?

If you need digital pictures, you use the picture kiosk. You can bring in your own media (SD card, USB cable, etc) or use the fuji film photo app and the Walmart’s WiFi to upload them to the kiosk. There is a one hour kiosk and an instant print kiosk usually. You upload, edit, and put in your information. Then you get a print out of your order with an ETA on it. You scan the Barcode on this print out at the kiosk to pick up your photos later.

Can my employer see what I write in Yahoo mail?

It is very likely that your employes are monitoring your computer usage at work. 77.7% of major employes monitor their employees' internet, phone, computer and work activities. The rules for workplace monitoring favor employers. There are no federal laws that regulate monitoring employees. Only two states, Delaware and Connecticut, have laws that require employers to notify employees if the company monitors them. This is due to the fact that the computers in the office are supplied for the primary benefit of the company... not the staff person's personal use.

Companies maintain that by utilizing web based mail applications such as Yahoo, Gmail or Hotmail, the employee is putting the business in much greater risk of viruses and worms entering the network.

An American Management Association survey, which involved 526 U.S. companies, states that about 25 percent of employers have fired workers for misusing the Internet; another 25 percent have terminated employees for inappropriate use; and 6 percent have fired employees for misusing office telephones.

And it is very cost effective, at around $10 per employee per year for larger companies. And keeping your passwords safe, clearing your cache and your cookies, and not having your computer remember any passwords will not stop your employer from being able to see what you are up to.

Computer monitoring may include keystoke logging, software monitoring, or applications to view what you see on your monitor. Sniffers placed on networks can also pinpoint employees who are using the network bandwidth by activities such as downloading music or listening to web based radio stations.

My recommendation if you want to be able to check your personal mail from the workplace and protect both your job and your privacy is to have a web enabled mobile device that you own to do this on. If you intend to do this infrequently, then most phones with web access will work for brief usage. If you will be doing this on a frequent basis, then you're better to go with a much faster private method, such as a Treo web enabled device.

How should I distribute Wedding photos to my family?

My photographer gave me a disc with all of my wedding photos on it, along with all rights to duplicating/distributing the photos. I have a few options for giving the photos to my family that I am considering. I'm worried mostly about etiquette . Which option do you think is best?

1. Give everyone a copy of the CD with all photos on it on the next occasion that I see them (probably this weekend)

2. Make a DVD with our edited wedding video on it that includes the photos and give it to them at Christmas as a gift (or is that too audacious? Like, "Hey! Merry Christmas! Here's some pictures of ME!")

3. Make nice, bound photo books for everyone and give them as Christmas gifts. (or again, is that too audacious?)

4. Make several prints and put them in photo albums and give them to my family ASAP.

What do you think? Any other ideas?

Is the Wish app safe to buy from?

I have bought a lot of things from Wish. At first it was just some small, inexpensive items to get a feel for the company and their service. They are just as advertised. One thing I have noticed (not that I know a lot about the company itself) it appears from the products, these are made in China and drop shipped to the U.S. (I think that is the proper term.) It takes a while to get some items but I’ve noticed that most of the items I ordered arrived before the expected delivery date. Also I had only one item I was not happy with. I wrote to customer service and they told me they would replace it or refund my money. They also said I did not have to return the item. Just keep it as a gift. Well, of course, it is not much of a gift if unusable but I did appreciate the gesture and not having the hassle of re-boxing and shipping it back to them. Every item had small print instructions that were hard to read and the English was horrible. (many typos and spelling, grammar errors). It was obvious it had been printed in China and someone with ESL tried translating it but was not very good at it. That is about my only real complaint. One item I ordered (a telescope) had instructions in Chinese only. I was able to figure out how to use it from the diagrams but a couple of functions are still confusing. I’m happy with it though. I can see mountains and craters on the Moon, Mars is quite visible as well as Saturn and its rings. My point is, if you are looking for good deals on inexpensive items, this is a good place to shop. But like everything in life, you get what you pay for. Good place for USB mini cables for charging electronic devices like cell phones, TF memory cards for cameras, phones, etc. Least expensive good quality HDMI cables I have found anywhere. Got a great car cam from them too. I am pleased with the cam accessories I got for my phone which are sturdy and well made. LED lighting strips work fine as do the solar powered LED light strings (mini Xmas tree lights).
