First and foremost, back up everything you have such as music, pictures, videos and such. Then after doing that, you turn off your tablet, then turn it back on and hold the power button for about 3 seconds. You will enter what's called a Recovery Menu and simply select to reinstall/recover Android and it will do so. After the recovery has finished, simply select to reboot Android and you will go through the settings and such like when you first purchased your tablet.
