What does open box return mean on eBay?
I going to buy a graphics card on eBay, but I noticed that it says "This is a new working open box return and is complete with the graphics card". What does that mean?

I bought an HD PVR off of ebay and its broke (seller wont give me a refund either and ebay don't give a ****) But anyways they sell the PVR at best buy so my question is could i buy a working one from best buy and put the broken one in the box and return? Immediately report him to Ebay. without piracy the consoles would be less expensive. Remember when XBOX first came out and was less expensive than playstation. The reason was because their strategy was to take a loss on the console and make it up with the games. Obviously that didn't work and they decided not to take that risk with the 360.

I bought an item from an ebay seller. Informed the seller & returned the item on June 25th via USPS First-Class Parcel. its been 2 weeks. Seller claims he never received item. No tracking number. I only have the receipt from the post office as proof that I returned the item. What to do now?
