People buy it off a main dealer and sell to the potheads on the streets basically. They buy BIG and sell FAST some dealers use scales others eyeball the amount of bud they sell, others just buy smaller bags to reduce the amount of weed their selling for example in a dime bag. They buy some really good weed and word gets around then they get new customers. These people have to have the best weed in town, only then will they get a huge profit and maybe even make a living put of it, but of course this is all ILLEGAL.

The DEA classifies drugs by Schedule 1 through 5. Schedule 1 has the most potential for abuse with the least medicinal use. Schedule 5 has the most medicinal use with the least potential for abuse. As far as the rest: POSS = possession WIT SELL = with intent to sell MFG DEL - manufacture or delivery This looks like two separate charges, one for possession of marijuana with intent to sell, and one for manufacturing or deliviering a Schedule I drug.

Because drugs have similar effects to alcohol, I have always taken the Bible's views on getting drunk to also apply to getting high. Since the Bible says that being a drunkard is sinful, I would take that to mean that doing drugs is also sinful. (No one should take this to mean that I think drinking alcohol in small amounts is bad. Just drinking enough to get you drunk.) By extension, I would imagine that selling drugs to other people is sinful as well. A more definite line of reasoning is that the Bible clearly states that we should obey the laws of our respective nations, because God has put our leaders in authority over us. Since doing and selling marijuana is illegal (where I live, anyway), this means that it would be sinful to do so. Definitively. As for this person: "got me wonderin, ya know, just like if God loves all his people why let the little kids and older suffer till they die." I love this theological question! The reason God allows death is because we brought it on ourselves. God gave us absolute free will. Adam and Eve had the choice to either sin, and therefore die (because God is absolutely, totally perfect and cannot abide sin), or they could have not sinned, and therefore lived forever in the Garden of Eden. Their options, and the consequences, were presented to them quite clearly beforehand. They chose to sin by eating the forbidden fruit, and because of it they ensured their [eventual, not immediate] deaths. God did not make that choice for them, and He is really big on not taking away free will for any reason. But we all still have a choice. We can still choose to live forever by accepting Christ as the Lord and Savior of our lives. Does Walmart sell marijuana in Amsterdam?
As mentioned there is no Walmart in Amsterdam, actually with the exception of some countries like the UK (where they purchased a UK supermarket and trade still using this UK name) Walmart does not have a presence anywhere in Europe. It is only from Americans talking about it on Yahoo Answers that I'm aware of it. As also mentioned marijuana is only sold in coffeeshops. Now at this point you might be raising an eyebrow and wondering if Starbucks sell it right? (... and the answer is no!) A coffeeshop here in the Netherlands is used to refer to a premises that is licenced and sells marijuana. Part of their licence is to operate under very strict conditions e.g. no alcohol, no under 18's admitted, no advertising (and more). So when walking around Amsterdam then you will see (usually) small outlets and from the front you can see that it's a coffeeshop. You can purchase marijuana and smoke in some of coffeeshops (not all have seating facilities) and if you do stay then it's expected that you stay and drink a coffee or a soft drink . The court will determine your punishment, not the police. If you have no prior arrest record, I would find it hard to believe you'd get anything more than probation. Unless of course, you decide to be a smart *** in front of the judge...which I would highly recommend against.

Sadly No. The people behind prop 64 were mostly richer capitalists looking to make profits in a cannabis industries which would be fine, if they weren’t also creating regulations that make it near impossible for anyone to get into the commercial growing business without a hundred thousand in startup cash for license fees and regulation compliance. Personally I would rather deal with a small neighborhood grower and raise my middle finger to the corporate cannabis companies and the politicians that are trying to profit from what they used to prohibit.
