How Do I Send An Email To All Of My Contacts

How do I send a mass email to all of my contacts?

To send your message to more than one person:

Enter the additional email addresses in the To, Cc, or Bcc fields.
- There must be at least one email address in the "To" field.
- If you have more than one address in a field, separate them with commas.
- For example: johndoe@yahoo.com, janedoe@yahoo.com, jimdoe@yahoo.com
- Note: If you do not enter valid email addresses, or if you do not use commas to separate your recipients' addresses, your message won't be sent. Instead, you'll see the message, "This is an invalid email address."

Sending an email to a large number of recipients:

We cannot disclose the limit of the number of recipients you can email at once, due to our spam policy. However, you should be aware that to prevent spam, the following may happen when you send an email to a large amount of recipients:

You may be asked to enter a CAPTCHA verification code before you can send the email.
You may be unable to send the email unless you reduce the number of recipients in the "To," "Cc," and/or "Bcc" fields.

If you need to send large numbers of outbound messages on a regular basis, we encourage you to use Yahoo! Groups, which is better designed to handle higher volumes of messages and mailing list distribution.

Note: Sending junk mail or "spam" is a violation of the Yahoo! Mail Terms of Service and will not be tolerated.

How to send an email to all your contacts?

Yahoo has a limit of 100 addresses at a time with no more than 50 going to the same domain. You would have to create multiple lists, each meeting the requirements, and then send a single email to each list name.

If you have pop3 mail and Microsoft Outlook I am sure that there must be an automated way.

How do i send a mail to all my contacts on yahoo?

this is what i found:

just ad one name in the send to part and then all the rest in the bcc part.

If it's an instant message right click on your group and click send instant message. If it's e-mail click on the (Cc) at the left side and select your contacts. Hope you understand it :D!

just put all the contacts in one category in the address book and if you want to send just type the name of that category and send..

Depends on what virus and if it even was a virus. Here are the 2 main instances it could happen:1. It wasn’t really a virus, but a phishing kind of trojan spam, and you allowed it to access your gmail without realizing it was dangerous. There was a big outbreak of this a couple months ago. This would be more of a trojan to your email (if that makes any sense) or it could be a separate scenario where your email was hacked.2. The virus (which would be a really bad infection if it were a virus), installed it’s own mail program to send spam or used one currently on your computer, and it then (most likely) recorded information you entered into your browser when signing in.The 1st one is the one that most likely happened. You got a spam email and somehow allowed it to access your gmail. It then automatically sent spam to people. Here’s a picture of a random way the 1st could work. This is just a diagram and I just found the image online. If it just says this, it couldn’t really do anything. If it says more and/or implies that it could send emails and view your contacts, it has potential to be dangerous. If you allowed something to do so, then the trojan could easily send out spam to your contacts. There are other ways a virus could access your gmail through gmail or spam but this is the main way.The second instance is where your computer did have a virus. An actual virus could take a programming language called Visual Basic, which has power to automatically send emails and do app stuff, and use it to send spam to your contacts. That’s basically it.I worded this pretty horribly here (my apologies), so if you’d like to read more about ways viruses could access your email, here are some links:How Computer Viruses WorkDon't Open That Google Doc Unless You're Positive It's LegitIn the end, get an AV like Malwarebytes Free Cyber Security & Anti-Malware Software (MB is not to be used without a standard AV with it as it’s a secondary antivirus) or Kaspersky (https://usa.kaspersky.com/) and scan your computer, and also you should get AdwCleaner as it finds stuff most AV’s don’t (Adwcleaner is definitely not to be used alone as it’s not technically a true AV but just an virus removal tool). Then you have to change your password to your email and maybe use 2 step verification to be safe.

How do you send 50 contacts an email and have it showing as "Undisclosed Recipients" under the email addresses?

Just leave the TO line blank and put all recipients on the BCC line (blind courtesy copy)---and the email will be delivered with "Undisclosed Recipients" showing on the TO line. That's all anyone will see.

IF you put ANYTHING on the TO line (or CC)----that's what will be seen (instead of undisclosed recipients).

This question wasn't very clear. I will try to answer the best possible way.In Gmail , you can search all your contacts from To and CC fields . You can select an email id of the contact to send an email. In addition, you can point the cursor on  the email id and click on "Contact Info" to see the complete contact details from Gmail.Secondly, Click on the downward arrow next to the mail and you can launch your Google Contacts App, if you would like to  see all your contacts from Gmail. You can go back to mail by clicking the downward arrow and select "Mail" . This is the fastest way to toggle between Mail and Contacts.
