I dont know why this is happening, but im sure that its not my internet speed. Before i didnt have any problems and the videos would load super fast. Now, every other video will not load and if it does i have to wait a long time to watch it without stopping. What can i do to fix this?

Often when I upload a video on Youtube I get like 500-2000 views for 1-2 weeks and then the hits start slowing down to the point I get only like 5-10 views a day. How come other videos don't slow down on the hits and continue to get so many views everyday? My goal is to at least have 100000 views on any one of my Youtube videos. How do I speed up the hits and have a lot of continuious hits without the views slowing down or plateauing? On one of my videos I have like 29346 views but I took over 2 years to get that many on my video whereas on other Youtube videos it takes only a month or 2 to get over 100000 views?
