What is that sound in rap rongs?

…That is the sound of something new, Rap is the only genre of music that is constantly evolving, it's not like RNB OR POP where all that really maters is hitting high notes and having a flawless voice. Rap is talent, meets technicality, logic, activism, and prettymuch anything you can think about all merged together to give you a genre that is not only the most popular but also the most diverse, so you're bound to hear "THAT SOUND" when you listen to a rap song. Thanks for reading.

Why does eminem sound so mad when he raps?

Raps are created to show how you feel. He was using emotion to create the mood that he feels! :)

How to sound angry when rapping and rap aggressively?

hi there,

I'm 15 (I'm asian) and I would like to learn rap (I already learned some singing)but I would like to know how to rap with an angry voice like Eminem in some of his songs (ex. Not Afraid, I Need a Doctor, When I'm Gone, Love The Way You Lie, etc.) and I would like to know how to sound deeper and angrier when I rap without altering my natural talking voice (which is in between the talking voices of Eminem and Bruno Mars) and is there a trick to faster rapping? also, how to rap aggressively?
Thanks

What will rap sound like in 2020?

It is impossible to say.Rap music has evolved significantly in its relatively short history.Online music has shaped this evolution and opened the market to various styles and methods for creating music. Gone are the days of using 70’s funk beat loops mixed together on 2 decks with lyrics overlaid by an MC.It’s now all about mumbling shit about cash money and bitches. Not to be a hater, but this is the evolution it’s taken. Erratic syncopated beats and randomly timed lyrics are apparently what’s popular at the moment.Rap itself might come full circle, or it might evolve again into something completely different. Social media celebrity, Youtube fame, and the fact that artists don’t need to rely on the music industry to “make it” and promote themselves means that basically anything is possible provided some people like the music you’ve produced.Rap as we know it now might not even exist as “rap” in the future. It might be considered pop music as more eclectic and unique styles emerge. What is for sure is that Eminem will remain as historically one of the music influential and commercially successful rap artists of all time…

Rap Song? Medieval Sounding.?

Posted in another forum (not important)
Heard at a party ( also not important)
Male rapper, deep voice.
Can't remember any lyrics (unfortunate)
Sounds like an older song.
Probably under the "gangsta rap" umbrella
What sticks out is that the guy raps in this medieval sounding rhythm.
It sounds "castle" like (if that makes any sense).
Of course hes still rapping about normal things, drugs, the like.
Any help.

Why do rappers sound different while performing live?

Oftentimes in the studio, rappers record one verse at a time, or even a few lines. The result is a comped track that sounds very polished. Rappers must practice their performances before going on stage, otherwise they're likely going to sound winded.
