How Do I Stop Eating Burgers And Chocolate Milk

Can any of you turn me off chocolate?

good for you being a vegan!!! im working my up to that :) [im only 12 now] but im proud to say i havent eaten a burger in about a year, :)

well , maybe you could find a..err...'replacement' you could say for chocolate. or maybe something that doesnt mix well with the taste of chocolate. i believe i didn't eat chocolate for quite some time once when i had it with sparkling water because i was turned off by the taste of the two together. and i dont think beer would taste well with it nor wine..but i've never had etheir of them before so i wouldn't take my word for it. and for a replacement you could try something else sweet that you're fond for. you could say i had a obsession over ice cream awhile back [eww! i know]but my mother shook me out of it by giving me snacks like nuts and stuff to give me a different craving rather than ice cream and fell for raisins :] MUCH healthier then ice cream.

Drinking milk after eating fish can lead to skin discoloration, leucoderma or vertiligo – this is a common notion that we have all grown up hearing. This is an age-old theory being handed down the generations. Our mothers, grandmothers and their mothers all believed that consuming milk with or after eating fish can have harmful side-effects, including a peculiar kind of skin disorder. Of course, the idea of having to live with pigmented/discolored skin for life is so frightening that most people do not dare to put this theory to test.No Scientific EvidenceThere is no factual evidence in modern day science to back the claim that fish and milk do have the potential of triggering some kind of a toxic reaction in the body that may lead to skin disorders or any other medical complications. In fact, many traditional fish dishes are prepared with curd, a milk product. In continental cuisine, heavy cream or cream-based sauces – both of which are milk derivatives – are incorporated with fish all the time. When it is safe to cook fish with milk derivatives, it can be safely concluded that having curd or buttermilk with fish or drinking milk or eating milk-based puddings after eating fish does not cause adverse side-effects such as patchy skin. However, if the fish preparation is heavy on spices or too fiery, topping it up with milk can lead to acid reflux and consequent indigestion. Besides, if you are allergic to a particular type of fish or suffer from even borderline lactose intolerance, you can experience rashes, itches, stomach ache and nausea
