What is the secret behind a good flyer or poster?
I'm supposed to make posters and flyers that attract the eye.. yet the only thing i ever heard of is 'De Gulden Snede' appearantly called Rule of Thirds in english. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rule_of_thirds http://www.shutterfreaks.com/Actions/RuleOfThirds.php I've been killing time to find copyright-free images too but ive given up on that.. is it good to use coloured paper. to stick a A4 size paper (this is a common format here) on the middle of a A3 to get more attention (my boss thought that was a good plan but i dont know..) we can kind of only use a normal printer. We're supposed to be appeal to absolutely everyone that lives in the village we work in.. Anybody have any tips for me?..
