What happened to Captain America's shield after Captain America: Civil War?
Let’s go back to 2016, Captain America: Civil War. Captain America and Bucky are fighting against Tony. In the end, Tony tells Cap that the shield doesn’t belong to him. Cap slams the shield down and we don’t see it anymore.This is my theory so it might not be 100% true, but my answer has very specific reasons. Tony used the shield. But when? We didn’t see him throwing the shield at anyone. But he might have used it as a source in order to create his Nanotech armor.If not convinced, remember the scene where Thanos used the Power Stone to destroy Iron Man. Iron Man created the shield to protect himself. The Power Stone- The one that is supposed to destroy planets and throw moons, had no effect on both Stark and the suit. How did he make it so strong to save him from an Infinity Stone? Vibranium! And he didn’t steal it from Wakanda. So it has to be the Captain America’s shield.
