How Do I Tightens My Chest And Stomach Up

Chest pains after stomach flu?

Chest pain when breathing like that is probably a result of abdominal and chest wall muscle strain caused by the vomitting.. Its not common, but it has an obvious source. Combine that with the (temporary) acid damage to her esophagus, and theres really a good chance its just strain. If she's never thrown up that much before, it is really painful.

And sometimes when yo uthorw up you can accidentally.. 'inhale' stomach acid into your lungs. this is not normally harmful, but it hurts like hell.

If you're worried about heart pain, there are a couple things that would make it unlikely: Is the pain sharp? If so, its not heart pain. Heart pain is dull and crushing. The second is, can she point to where it hurts? If she can, its not heart pain.

But really, use best judgement here. Im clearly not a doctor. But from what I do know of my own chest pain, she's probably just feeling like crap from throwing up that much.

When you sing, do you tighten up your stomach(abs)??? ?

Im a singing teacher and that question comes up alot -.-

Anyway, you abs really shouldn't be flexed/tightened at all, although it is ok for them to be tightned when you're out of breath and you're singing those last few words.

Your voice should feel like they are coming from mainly your chest, throat, and lower head. If you are forcing the high notes from your stomach, your singing the WRONG WAY, and should really try to reach those notes a different way. I know its confusing but just trust me :P
Look up chest voice, head voice, and falsetto on wikipedia to see what i'm talking about.

Do push ups tighten your upper chest?

Do you want your upper or lower chest to be worked out? The placement of your hands and incline makes all the difference. If you want to work the main chest area put your hands in a diamond shape in the center of your chest for your push-ups instead of outside your body as usual. If you would like your lower pectoral area tightened, put your feet on the floor and lean at a steep incline with your hands on anything stable, such as a couch or bed and do push-ups at that incline. If you would like to work the upper pec area, turn your body around, put your hands on the floor and rest your feet on a couch and do reps with that type of incline. Remember, all push-ups are NOT made the same and are not equal to what part of the chest they will tighten or build!

Tightness in chest after eating?

Whenever I eat somthing that has an ingrediant in it ( idk what it is yet ) Seem like it could be milk... I get a Tightness in my chest and it subside for a few seconds and then tighten again for a few seconds ( like contractions but in my chest ) this lasts for about an hour... Ive tried everything to get rid of it.. Throwing up.. eating more.. drinking water nothing seems to help! So far its only happend when Ive eaten: Popcorn, Ice cream, Chocolate, Dairy free pizza, and Tortillas with sugar (vegan butter) and cinnamin? Could this be an alergy? I used to think it was a milk alergy but since it happend with dairy free butter and pizza.. Idk anymore... its in my upper chest and lasts about 1-2 hours... btw I also begin to salivate or somthing like after u throw up and have that mucus type spit stuff in your mouth.. yeai get that too

How can I tighten up my loose skin? I have been dieting for three months and have lost quite a bit of body fat, yet still see it around my chest, stomach and lower back.

Intermittent fasting can help reduce excess skin, but other than surgery, there’s no quick fix. Exercise won’t do it, but added muscle under the skin will make it appear firmer. Intermittent fasting allows the body to go into autophagy which eliminates excess cells the body doesn’t need which would include skin.
