How Do I Un-stiff A Muscle In My Arm

Did my cat's vaccinations make her muscles sore?

Hopefully this isn't more of an answer than you bargained for...

Let's be honest; in a perfect world, we'd only visit the vet when our pets need vaccines, and otherwise they'd remain perfectly healthy. In fact, vaccines are often the primary reason people bring there pets into the vet's office each year. We forget that the physical exam is actually the most important part of the ritual; but only too often, we're neglectful of our OWN medical needs (when's the last time you went to the doctor just to check in?) and therefor don't practice routine physical exams for our pets.

In order to make things easier for us as owners, vaccine companies started packing three or four different vaccines in one injection so that 1) our cats and dogs wouldn't be poked over and over and 2) we wouldn't have to cough up the cash for four different shots. Sounds great in theory, but there's a catch; mixing all these vaccines into one cocktail has a high instance of reactions.

A vaccine reaction can be anything from a little muscle soreness and lethargy to full blown swelling and anaphylactic shock. These reactions can start within 20 minutes of an injection being administerd and last for days. Often times, mild reactions (like the muscle soreness you're describing) will subside over the course of a day or two as the inflammed tissue calms down and the agents in the vaccine are absorbed. Sometimes applying a warm washcloth (think heating pad on sore muscles) helps to eliviate discomfort, but if your cats are anything like mine, they'll fuss while you're trying.

I hope this wasn't more than you bargained for - sometimes it's nice to know what's going on AND why it's happening.

Hope your kitty feels better soon!

What are some ways to be unstiff meaning you body becomes stiff??

I like to stretch while still in bed, circle the feet, bend the knees turn arms side to side, roll neck, etc. and then as I slowly walk to the bathroom, I put my hands on a wall and do wall presses a few times, touch hands to floor a few times so that by the time I've brushed my teeth I'm also limbered up.

Constant movement and stretching all day long is the key to staying limber (not stuff). also I go to the gym and swim and then the nice hot sauna and hot tub for a reward.

When I dance, my body is stiff. How do I lessen that stiffness and get better and less awkward at dancing?

Think of dancing as self-expression. You can express yourself through dance—express your emotion, for example. Surely you can express emotion appropriately. Now think of just letting that emotion move your body. When you are alone - turn on music that might capture how you feel. When I am sad, I turn on melancholy classical music and let my body move as if it were a leaf and music was the wind. When you are happy, turn on happy music…close your eyes if you need to, and let the music move you. Think of dancing as a way to connect with the music. To connect with others, you smile…you look…you say a word or two, right? Connect with the music using your ears first—inhale the music into your senses. Once you can connect with music, you are ready to learn how to dance the way society expects you to. You can’t exactly just move your body, fling your arms or circle your head to music in public—someone might call the men and women in white coats to take you away! But you can learn once you know how to interface with music. Watch how others move. If you are self conscious, watch yourself in a mirror. Take lessons if necessary. Lessons will teach you the technique, not how to flirt with music. The father of my son was always half a second too slow, he has no rhythm but he was adorable on the dance floor because he enjoyed his skill—connecting with the music. And it showed. I am a dancer - I was trained and I am natural at it, but I thoroughly enjoyed watching him because I saw was someone who was enjoying himself. Enjoy yourself. People are not necessarily watching you, because they are enjoying themselves. Those that do are not worth worrying about—they probably appreciate it that you are dancing or if they are judging, who cares if you are having fun. We all communicate differently. Dance is just you expressing yourself. You say you are stiff. Connect to the music and some of that stiffness if not all of it, will go away. As they say, “dance as if no one is watching”.

Masturbation causes Knee pain?

I almost masturbate daily. It started when I was 15 yrs. Now I am 20. I can't help it. I don't masturbate using hands mostly, but when I sleep I lie upside down and rub it against the bed and I get ejaculation.

For few days I am sitting and masturbating using hands. My right knee is paining. I know this pain comes whenever I masturbate using hands. I have masturbated nearly 3 times within three hours yesterday and that is how the knee pain started.

Some saying it is because the sperm stuck in your knees, drink water. Some says it is because you making your legs stiff while masturbating, that is the reason.

But I am afraid that it will be a permanent pain. Because I know a lecturer in my college, he is more than 50 yrs old and a sex addict, have no child. He have that pain in his knees, can't walk strait, he did not care in the early stages, so he now can not use his right knee like a normal person. We used to mock him saying like that.

Please give me some advise for this lifeless prick. :-(

How can I become a dancer who dances smoothly and not stiffly?

Be in the moment.Don't worry about what people may say about you in the future. Don't worry about how stiff you were in the past. Just listen to the music, pretend you're one of the instruments and let your body flow with it. I personally like following the hi-hats or a rhythmic synth sound.Check your center of gravity. This is an imaginary point on the vertical axis where you imagine the middle of your body is. Stiff people tend to be centered a little higher up in the abdomen area. Loose, or cool people are centered down in the coccyx, the bottom area of the hips. Don't move the head. Sway the upper body with the shoulders instead. Let the head follow naturally without even thinking about it.Keep the knees slightly bent all the time and relax everything like you know you are perfect.
