You should be able to do that, as long as you have there full permission to do so. But You may have a hard time finding someone who accepts payments by credit card as the majority of eBay sellers only accept payment by PayPal. You could try and create a PayPal account, and link there card to it, but I don't know if they would like that idea because you would have full access to using it any time you wanted then.

What will happen if I committed but my paypal account is connected to a prepaid CC and it doesn't have enough money on it. I already bought something and paid for it. I hear they'll shutdown my account but will I still get the thing I just paid for?
