Don't go to a shop that dosen't care than you're underage, and don't go to a shop that will accept a fake ID. It says alot about the shop if they tattoo you knowing that you're underage. God knows what else could possibly happen there, dirty needles, non-sterilized equipment. *shudder* If I were you, I would get an older friend or an aunt or uncle to put themselves off as mom and dad if they don't want to consent to it. Someone would have to doctor one. They would need to create one, with photo shop or something, print it out and tape it to a windshield or plate. I'm sure it can be done. But, License plates are in a data base police officers have access to. So if a cop runs your plate, you'll be F*cked

Wrong, it's harder to use a fake ID at a pawn shop than anywhere else. The pawn shop has to ID people because of the risk of them receiving (buying) stolen property. It's their business license on the line so they aren't going to risk it. Of course they are going to scan it and take your address etc etc and it's on video. You'd be a complete fool to even try, besides for around $1000 worth of gold, they'll probably offer you $150. Pawn shops are for desperate people and they take advantage of that. Think of another way to raise some cash.

First off- NO DMV in this country will issue someone a fake ID. So whatever your friend has heard is false information. If they still want to believe that, I have a lovely bridge I'd like to sell them.................. These are currently of very high quality and come complete with the “laser etched” sections and all…I can recall, back perhaps 30 years ago, when a pair of enterprising students were making fake driver’s licenses by taking a sheet of foamboard and stick-on letters, reproducing all the lettering (which was very crude back then) and having the kid stand in front of the thing for the head shot. Then they’d take them to a photo processer and have the print reduced to driver’s license size.
