It is either going to be a very long process which will take days by getting to know each other slowly (however the case may be) and lots of chances of failure on the way. OR You can do it the short way and just send her a message that you would like to get to know her better. Which also has a high chance of failure, but gets the job done done quicker. (Remember that your relationship will not go as far as the internet.[No person to person]because of all of that stuff about people online pretending to be someone that they aren't and then abusing teens.) So like the other person stated that meeting person to person is only best.

I'm a little confused here, is Skype used for video chatting? Like, talking with webcam? Or is it a chat room. I know it can be used to call others. Some people are saying that it is only for webcam chat, and some are saying that it is a chatroom. I am planning to download Skype soon. Is it true that they charge you for calls and chats?
