How Do You Behave Subconsciously When You Were Cheated On

What does subconscious mind mean?

Subconscious is the state of mind or thought that we are NOT speaking..Its more like thinking..Its your self when your deciding to act,,or a course of action you are considering..The word itself means NOT CONSCIOUS !! Implying when you are not conscious or awake..Your Dreams occur in your subconsciousness..Day dreaming can also be in the subconscious,,depending how deeply you are concentrating ! Regardless,,an example could be this sentence,,''While Johnny was sleeping in the sleep clinic, the doctor recorded his brain waves in his subconscious sleep !!" SOLOMON

Why do we subconsciously hurt others in the same ways we’ve been hurt in the past?

Sometimes it could be a COPING BEHAVIOR. A person that has been abused growing up may isolate themselves from feelings. In return it causes pain to others doing their adult hood.Sometimes it could be a LEARNED BEHAVIOR. A person that seen one or both person abusive toward each other may in turn reflex that behavior toward their love one.It could be HURT that never been resolved or addressed! A person that had something bad happen to them growing up, may want to hurt others as payment in return. It could be fear of ABANDONMENT. A person that been abandoned as a child, may be afraid to get too close. They might sabotage any relationship that start to get serious. It could be LOVE REJECTION OR ABUSE! A person who longed to be loved as a child but never received it or received it wrong, may become uncomfortable, when love is presented to them. They may disappear or discontinue seeing someone. Another may take advantage of the other person.JUST A FEW REASONS!

What are the common signs of guilt after cheating?

Cathy Franck’s answer is spot on from my unfortunate experience’s, women act exactly the same way.I like to give the benefit of doubt, so on each occasion (there has been at least 3 over my life) I would (nervously) watch and wait. Usually the guilty behavior would fade away after a day or two (after they justify their behavior in their own mind). Invariably most people get more game once they get away with it a few times, but they do not realize that their behavior is out of character toward their partner.Another sign is turning of the head so you kiss them on the cheek instead of lips, or an arm around the waist side on hug instead of the usual full on embrace.Depending on your relationship they may still be quiet happy to have sex with you, or they may do so for fear of you may sense something is wrong. But here’s a biggy… if you are the sort of man who likes to use your tongue on them, instead of the usual “drag you in by the ears” they may subconsciously try to lightly push your head aside or pull you up to another part of their body. This has happened to me on a few occasions and each time two things resulted. 1). they denied doing it when questioned afterward (subconscious act).2). In the end I obtained irrefutable proof that they were cheating. From my experience and observations of those who cheat, some are one time cheaters, some are opportunistic cheaters but most are habitual cheaters.By the very act of needing to hide what they are doing, most cheaters are also compulsive liars.

How should I remove the memories of my boyfriend who cheated on me?

It won’t be easy.Let us understand how the funda of memories work.We never get rid of any memories. But we do overcome with the impact of these memories, good-bad-ugly, all.Consider your mind as a warehouse of memories. Where with each passing moment memories are added and the memories of past get dumped beneath the new ones. Memories that keep getting buried also start losing their impact. We should keep in mind that some memories have more impact then others and they took a lot of memories to be placed above them to have their impact reduced significantly. That is how ‘time heals all’ works. But, at times these memories are also retrieved, and they again get placed on the top of the pile of memories and their impact also increases. When it happens, other memories that were at the top fight to get back their place. Hence, we are able to come out of the impact of an old memory, recalled/ retrieved, faster.I detailed it, because once you know the working you can work it out better. As few others have told, you should do these two things.Try to keep distance from any activity/ activities that remind you of him and his cheating act. This way the retrieving will be avoided.Get involved in other works so that you can quickly place lot of memories above this bad memory you want to get rid of.If it suits you, try meditation. Initially it will be more disturbing but eventually it will reduce the impact of this memory to a large extent, and then, even if in for some reason in some situation this memory is retrieved it won’t upset you.I pray that you get back to your cheerful self at the earliest.

My girlfriend had a dream that i cheated on her what does this mean?

she prob thinks your cheating on her!

He cheated 2 years ago, I'm still not over it?

I have been with my husband for 7 years and it was good for the first 4 years. Then he cheated on me with my best friend of 10 years. (No, I am no longer friends with her) I chose to stick it out with him because I do love him and I wanted it to be an unconditional one. We have 4 kids together and they also played a part in my decision to stay and work things out with him. I've done the counseling thing and thought I was past it but lately we've been fighting more and more. He feels he is carrying a cross on his back that I won't forget and he can't make up for.
I just don't know what to do. My depression is increasing and I am still so angry about him cheating. I just keep thinking that he is not sorry about the act of cheating but that he got caught. I have found myself now to have a male friend (who is only a friend) and my husband thinks that I am looking to cheat. I can say with fierce conviction that I am not a cheater and am not looking to cheat. My husband is driving me crazy with his jealousy and paranoia?

Can someone just tell me how can I handle this with the best outcome for me and my family with the least amount of damage??
