How Do You Feel About Final Destination 6 If It Was In The Process Of Making It

What determines the final destination/location for a protein made inside a eukaryotic cell?

The exact pattern of glycosylation determines the final destination of the proteins. There are two options.
•proteins glycosylated with residues of mannose-6-phosphate will leave the Golgi in transport vesicles that eventually fuse with lysosomes .
•proteins that do not receive this marker, leave in transport vesicles that eventually fuse with the plasma membrane (path 1 in the figure). These are:
â—¦integral membrane proteins that become exposed at the surface of the cell (forming receptors and the like) and
â—¦proteins in solution within the transport vesicle. These are discharged from the cell. This secretory process is called exocytosis.

What does it mean if my package is at the USPS regional destination facility? Will I get my package tomorrow? The distribution center says it's an hour and a half away from my house.

If it is at the regional distribution center, then is being processed to its final destination…which is your local post office. Only your local post office will be able to do the final delivery. THE IMPORTANT thing to check is when it gets to the distribution center. After a certain time, it might get processed there to be delivered to your local PO, but it will be the next day before that happens (they don’t send multiple trucks to all places every day). Wait and keep checking the status. If the status changes to being delivered to your local PO during the night, then it is likely to be delivered the next day. Otherwise, it will be the day after.

What is the meaning of destiny and fate?

Destiny speaks to potential.Fate speaks to prearranged organization of one's life for a specific purpose that is not necessarily the arriving at the final destination, but merely a step towards it.One has a choice as to their destiny.  Destiny for sentient beings must be first realized, then willfully accepted.  Fate can land someone in a situation for a temporary purpose without conscious consent.Yet, each life has a blueprint created to learn specific lessons.  We still have choice within those lives and a great deal of free will, as one may learn the same lessons in a variety of ways.  We are allowed to follow our hearts.  We make mistakes, learn by them and go on.   We may even be very skilled or talented in some respect, but if that ability does not serve the 'fate' of an incarnation, even if that ability serves one's eventual destiny,  one's fate will determine that it will not play out in that lifetime. All that our fate can ever be is the product of our own mind and actions.  Our thoughts and actions create our fate as we incrementally awaken to our destiny (destination).  Karma is self created fate.  I dare say that if our lives were tightly fated, our mistakes would also be fated, and therefore, not mistakes at all.  Either way, there exists an overseeing order to our journeys.  But if that overseer is an aspect of ourselves, then there is nothing BUT free will.We are all bound to universal laws.  We ourselves effect these laws.  We are the masters of our own fate, both in human form and higher form.  Either way we must choose to claim our destiny.   Until then, our fate will be to continue the process that takes us to the point where we finally can claim our destiny.  If we don't like our fate, we can blame ourselves. If we are controlled by anything, it is our own minds that take from us our free will.  Even diverse paths will not be possible if either path wouldn't take you to the same place.  At the end of the day, whichever you choose, you meet only yourselfYou are the path and you are the forest.  The truth is, fate and free will are meaningless concepts of perceptual mind.

(First time at airport) Whats the process when you arrive at an airport?

I've never been to an airport and will be taking a plane from Detroit, MI to Chicago, IL to final destination Portland, OR. I booked my flight through Southwest Airlines. I will only be bringing one suitcase (29").

Whats the process when I arrive at the Detroit airport(step by step)? What do I do? Where do I get my ticket? Where can I get tags for my luggage and get lost/damage protection claims for my luggage? When I arrive in Chicago to change planes do I have to get my luggage and get it checked all over again?

p.s. i have no clue on any of this

Question about Purgatory?

i never beleived in this but in looking at the catholic explanattion it is so rooted in the bible it is scary.

Its like you die and go to heaven because of christs death but just like you are made perfect to be with christ that happens between, its just the process.

So I think the only difference between catholics and proestants is that catholics think it could be a longer time frame.

Does happiness in life lie in enjoying the journey, or in reaching the destination?

When we see something in making, it is the little joys in the process that give us the real happiness before we see the final product been made. The simple sweet moments of happiness that we derive out from the experiences we face in our daily lives are what that determine the real happiness prior to the joy of reaching the destination. In my view, all of us are travelers. We start our journeys alone, meet some people, include them into our lives, and start walking the road together. The road that is endlessly stretching from places to places, connecting lives across the world. When we meet other travelers, spend time with them and realize that simple acts of daily life connect us, bond us and unite us. These acts make us happy. But that's not all that happens once we are on our way. Not always a road of thorns, neither is it a bush of rose.We walk this path always, filled with treasures, gems and gold. What matters is not its statefor u may find those in a man.May it be a foe, or a mateYou shall gather all you can.We stand, we fall.We meet, we part. We show, we hide. We stumble, we glide and that my friend, is life.It is the small joy rides on the way before the final roller coaster, that marks a crescendo to the trip; it is the little acts of joy in the journey that matter the most. The journey itself is what grants the maximum happiness. Way more that what you get having reached the destination.Life itself is a journey, Not a destination. Cheers. :)Thanks for the A2A Seema Shah ma'am :) Always a pleasure to answer your questions.
