How do you get wider hips/bigger bum?

Well, I've been on yahoo asking a lot of questions about my outer appearence.
I'm a 14 year old female and I want to know how to get wider hips and a bigger booty naturally. No plastic surgery or buttpads! I do squats, but their not working, I've been doing squats for quite a while now. I eat food all day everyday because of my nerves. and thats not doing any good. I basically wana be bottom heavy because in my OPINION i find that attractive. [No homo] It may have something to do with genetics or whatever. My mom use to have a coke bottle shape , nice *** & chest, but after she had her kids, she lost them all. My grandmother has a HUGE bum and wide hips, and so does my auntie, but i'm not quite sure where my big bum an wide hips are. :[ please help me

Will squats really make my butt bigger...?

You're right about squats lifting and firming the butt. Squats are best for people who want that. In your case, if your butt is small and you want to make it bigger (or rounder perhaps) you need to add some weight to the squats. Hold hand weights while you do them. This is another good one for rounding your butt and making it look bigger: Get on your hands and knees, place a hand weight behind one of your knees, then curl your leg up into a 90 degree angle to hold the weight in place. You want the bottome of your shoe facing the ceiling. With the weight behind your knee, left your leg up and down, squeezing your butt cheek as tight as you can throughout the exercise. You need to do as many as it takes to really feel a burn. This is an awesome exercise to do on your own, and if you use weight machines at a gym, it's usually called the "butt blaster" machine.

How to get a bigger butt fast?

Ive heard, that thing with u gettin on ur hands and knees and pulling ur leg up works. i wanna know if anyone has ever done dat. also, any food or excersises that might help? dont ask me, y i want a bigger butt, dont tell me to 'love my butt' and pls dont tell me to just get fat. so uhm, please tell me some excersises i cud do and sum food i can eat, im not southern so i dont eat 'cornbread or collard greens' but i am jamaican so i eat callaloo. anyways, pls help and reply!! **P.S - can u also tell me how long the changes will take palce and how soon the results will come
