How do you get rid of White Heads?
White heads should not be treated as you would blackheads. They should not be squeezed out of your pores. I learned this the hard way...squeezing the white heads can actually leave scars. I would recommend using Neutrogena "Blackhead Eliminating Daily Scrub". It takes a while for the white heads to come to the surface but I have found that it is the best way to get rid of the darn things. You will need to be patient because the face wash won't work over night but in the end I am sure you will be pleased with the results. It's also helpful to wash your face in the morning and night to make sure your skin is oil free so that more white heads don't form. Just so you know, white heads are deposits of oil in your pores. When a white heads finally come to the surface it will look like a little tiny white pearl. I know it's a little gross but it is true.

Ya they are white heads!! i have them too Toothpaste (yes I said toothpaste helps!!) Put it on your bumpies and leave it on...don't take it off!!! It wil dry up an you won't even know...but you know like when you wash your face or take a shower tthen it will come off and just keep doin that and I promise it works!!
